About: Hello, I'm Michaela! Ever since I was a child, I have had either a cat or a dog, whom I was responsible for feeding, walking, and cleaning up after. Needless to say I am a total Animal Lover. We live a fairly active lifestyle so if your pet needs to move, I'll tire them out before you pick them up. 3 of our favorite places to walk are the nature trail at McDowell Dam, the trails near Fort Lincoln - past Mandan, and the river trail behind Sertoma Park. If your dog is a social butterfly, I also enjoy going to the dog park. Anytime I care for any animal, I approach them with compassion and empathy. I pay close attention to the animal's body language and tend to their needs as they appear. I have worked with dogs and cats of all backgrounds. I am experienced in giving shots and meds. I work at a local Doggy Daycare/ Training Facility. If I'm working while your dog needs care, I can bring them to work with me! About: I grew up with cats and dogs, of all sizes and breeds. I have taken great care of family and friends' pets for years, whether at their home or mine. I treat them as if they are my own. Ask anyone who knows me... I'm a huge pet lover. You will never have to worry about your fur baby while you're away... he or she will be loved and taken great care of. If at my house, my family will love them up as well. I currently work part-time, a few days a week, so I'm available to take care of your fur baby/babies pretty much any time. Days I work, I'm available after 2 pm, if I'm needed at your home. If boarding at our home, my family and I work together, taking great care of your pets. We were a great team, all of us loving animals. I have a fence yard with a dog and a cat, who will keep your fur baby company. I will crate your pet, if needed. Your pet will have the freedom to roam the house, taking in all the new things. At your home, I will play and just sit and be present, if that's what's needed. About: I have been asked by many close friends or neighbors to take care of their dogs. I am experienced in working with all sizes, breeds, and personalities of dogs. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
