About: Losing my 11-year-old Doberdane to old age was super hard—giant breeds really don’t get to stay with us long enough. I’m not quite ready to bring another dog into my life just yet, but I really miss having that furry companionship. A friend recently told me about this app, and it sounded like the perfect win-win! You get a reliable, caring, and trustworthy person to look after your pet while you’re away (so you can relax without worry), and I get to spend time with a four-legged friend—which is something I’ve been missing a lot. Sounds like a pretty great deal, right? I do work remotely, so if your pup is a big barker or tends to make a lot of noise, I might not be the best fit. But if you’re looking for someone responsible and experienced, I’d love to help! Oh, and fun bonus—I have a background in construction! So if you’ve been putting off a small home project, I’d be happy to tackle that while you’re away too. Looking forward to hearing from you and hopefully getting to hang out with your furry friend! Since I work from home, I have a lot of flexibility. I can work walks and meals into the day however necessary. Physical exercise is extremely important to me, so I usually work out an 1-2 daily, but can move that around in my day as needed. I am currently renting my home and can’t host pets at my place. So, keeping the pet as close to their normal routine while you are away is what I find most important. If you give me detailed instructions on what is needed, I find that the following those instructions to be best for everyone.
