About: I grew up on a farm with a variety of animals. I’ve hosted many types of foster animals from the Lawrence Humane society. I am comfortable with caring for all types of animals! I work full time as a police officer. However when I am working my boyfriend is home to take care of any animals we are hosting. I am available for walks anytime Saturday, Sunday and Mondays. I can walk pets in the evenings every other day of the week. I have a fenced yard and have two crate trained, pet friendly dogs. I’ve fostered for years for the animal shelter so my dogs are familiar with new animals being in the home. When your pets are let out in the yard they will be monitored! I can and will send updates as requested!
About: I have owned dogs since before I could talk. I have extensive experience with senior, "high maintenance" dogs and will love and care for your animals just as I would my own. I am currently finishing up a research project for my bachelor's degree while searching for a full-time job, so I am home all day and can give your animal plenty of attention and genuine care. I currently have no pets of my own, but am looking to pet-sit regularly. I will take care of your animal just as you would if they were home and am happy to accommodate them if they are brought to my home I share with my partner, who is also a huge animal lover.
About: Hi! I’m Sarah! I’m 18 and have always loved animals. I have 4 dogs and a cat of my own, and I work at a dog daycare in Lawrence, so I spend a lot of my time around animals! My boyfriend Cameron is 20 and helps me with pet sitting! He grew up with cats and helped me train our German Shepherd from a puppy, so he has plenty of experience with animals, too. I just like to be upfront that he may come with me for visits or overnight stays and may help with visits on his own sometimes. We both love animals and really enjoy getting to meet and care for everyone’s pets! I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your animals, and we’ll always do our best to make sure they’re happy and taken care of while you’re away!!! I work Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but I’m available before work, during my breaks, and after work. So I am able to check your pets every 4-5 hours. I also have full availability on weekends and Mondays. I do my best to be flexible I’m also willing to take days off work to meet your pet’s needs !! When I’m caring for your pet in their own home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress free as possible. Whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, medications, or plenty of cuddles.
About: I have been dog and cat sitting since middle school, so 8 years now! I live in Oklahoma and go to school in Kansas and do Rover in both for half the year. I have a bigger dog and smaller cat of my own at home, but not in Kansas. I volunteer at the Lawrence Humane Society and love all types of animals! About: I’ve had cats and dogs from the time I was 10 and everything from a St Bernard to cats. I can ensure you that your pet will be cared and lived for while they are with me. I currently work from home and can provide around the clock watch care. When I’m not working I like to spend my time with my cat and dog. For drop in care I can take your dog on walks or whatever you would like. If it is overnight care in my home they can have as much outside time or as little as they like. I have a fenced yard as well. I do not provide overnight care at the clients home.

walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
