About: Dog sitter/ walker since childhood, one year of consistent dog walking/ sitting. Im a very attentive and kind person, with experience handing and caring for just about every type of animal, as well as age range. I have maintained accurate records of pet behavior and health for owner, adapt quickly to individual pet needs, and demonstrate flexibility in care approaches for pets wellbeing in physical and mental needs. Im currently a full time student, with an especially available and flexible schedule during the summer. I am always happy to look after your little angels. About: Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m 18 years old and have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with both dogs and cats, and I currently have four dogs of my own, so I’ve always been surrounded by animals. I work at a dog daycare in Lawrence, where I care for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. I supervise playgroups, feed dogs, give medications when needed, and make sure they’re safe and having a good time. Working there has given me experience with all kinds of dogs and taught me how important it is to pay attention to each pet’s individual needs. I’m also experienced with cats and am happy to care for both friendly, outgoing cats and the more shy, independent ones. I recently graduated from high school and will be starting my pre-veterinary studies at JCCC this fall. My dream is to become a veterinarian! My boyfriend, Cameron, is 20 and helps me with pet sitting. He loves animals just as much as I do and has plenty of experience with them. He helped train our German Shepherd from puppyhood and grew up with several cats, so he’s comfortable caring for both dogs and cats. I just like to let everyone know that Cameron may accompany me on visits or overnight stays. We both genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, and we’ll make sure your pets are loved and well cared for while you’re away. I work Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but I’m available before work, during my breaks, and after work. So I am able to check your pets every 4-5 hours. I also have full availability on weekends and Mondays. Pet care fits naturally into my schedule, and I do my best to be flexible to meet your pet’s needs. When I’m caring for your pet in their own home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress free as possible. Whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, medications, or plenty of cuddles, I’ll make sure they get the attention and care they deserve. About: **About me** I have always wanted to move to the country and care for animals all my life. My husband (Patrick) and I currently have three rescue dogs and 5 outdoor rescue cats. We also have two horses Valentine and Peanut that love to walk the trails with us. My passion is caring for animals and I have had years of experience raising all breeds and types of pets! We live in a small home built on 31 beautiful acres. We have a fully fenced large back yard and several wooded trails, a beautiful pond in the front yard and lots of room to play! They will be safe and will love every minute of their stay! **About my neighborhood** We live on 31 acres with only 1 neighbor close. We have a fully fenced back yard and a pond to fetching toys if your pet loves to swim. We have wooded trails that we often take walks on and we will have lots of exercise or just hanging out in the back yard.

About: I have taken care of dogs within my family, friends of the family. I take daily walks with all 3 of mine each day, make sure to keep track of their health. I enjoy taking dogs places like the park, I have realized a dogs best therapy is being outdoors where they truly can be themselves. I am currently a student at the University of Kansas and summer is here. It will definitely fit into my schedule now since I have a lot more availability and flexibility. I make sure that they are on a schedule, fed certain times a day, with certain measurements, make sure that they have what they need at all times. Whether that be taking them for a walk, having a good belly rub, or even getting them their favorite treat!

About: Taken care of family dogs since 2010, ranging from small to large breeds. Experience in caring for more than one dog at a time. Comfortable walking small to large dogs. I have my own dog, she is a 2 year old dachshund-poodle mix who loves to play with dogs. I trained her since she was a puppy and is fully vaccinated and house-trained. Will provide loving care for your pets as I would my own. Full-Time student at KU. I live close to campus and can provide pet care in between classes throughout the day. Free availability on weekends and holidays. In class starting in August from 9am-3pm MWF, 12pm-6pm on Tuesday, and 12pm-2pm on Thursday. I have free periods on MWF to check in on pets and provide meals or walks. I have one small (20lbs) female dog who is spayed, fully vaccinated, and trained. My dog loves other dogs and is used to living with small to large dogs. I monitor pets closely during visits to make sure they are safe.

About: I have worked with leash pulling, dog reactivity, and senior dogs. I am currently a Pet Dog Obedience Trainer in Overland Park Kansas! I am 19 years old and have been working/trained with dogs for at least 10+ years of my life. What started my childhood dog, Katy, continues to be an inspiration for the reach of my life. I work full time during weekdays & weekends are usually pretty open. I am open to dog/house sitting anywhere that is in a 40-45 minute radius of Overland Park. If you live 45 minutes or more from Overland Park I request an additional fee for drive time. I want to go above and beyond for your pets and make sure all their needs are met for you! I want to treat them as if they are my own dog.

I have experience in administering medications and would love to meet your pup! I currently work full-time caring for pets at a daycare facility, typically working either 6-1 or 1-7 Tuesday through Saturday. Fully available on Sunday and Monday! I have my own pup who is fixed and very friendly! I can bring him along if you want your dog to have any socialization or burn extra energy, but I am also more than happy to focus on your pet!

About: My sister runs kennels of all types of animals, i’ve gained so many experiences from her to bring proper care to your (fur) children ! i currently work part time as a barista, and i love animals so much so why not fit them into all of my free time! i have a big fenced yard that we keep clean, i have big pet beds and 3 different watering stations at my house. I am very good at reading animal language and have a certain knack for taking care of animals!

About: I have been around dogs for my entire life and am familiar with both the ups and downs of pet care. My family and I have fostered dogs frequently so I have experience with dogs of all breeds and sizes. I love being around dogs, playing with them, and making sure that they are well-loved. I am currently a student at the University 5 days a week but I enjoy caring for animals in between classes and love to spend time with them as I do homework and assignments. I am able to stay overnight if needed. I am familiar with using crates as well as shock collars to correct behavior. I am also familiar with harnesses and safely walking them on the leash.

About: I have always been known to my parents friends and neighbors and the person to call if you need help watching your animal. I’ve been pet sitting dogs specifically for just over 4 years but before that I watched everything from cats, to fish, and hamsters. I’ve dealt with numerous dogs suffering from seizures along with many recovering from surgery’s so I know how to handle almost everything. I’m currently a college student. I have some Morning commitments however I can be home with your pet for most of the day, or stop by at any point during the day to walk or let them out. I have an english golden retriever myself so there is another dog within my house, however he’s very friendly with other dogs. We don’t use a crate in our house and the dogs are allowed on the furniture but I’m happy to follow whatever you prefer for your own animal.

About: Taking care of your pets is my top priority and making sure you get back to a happy dog. I’ve dog sat and cat sat for neighbors, family friends and friends of my own. I always have a lot of energy and I enjoy being around dogs and playing with them and walking them. I’m always making sure I’m on top of things to make sure everything that needs to be done is done and all the requirements are fulfilled. About: I grew up taking care of puppies and rescues with my mom, and then moved into helping at a shelter while I was in college. As a grad student and current renter, I can’t have pets of my own so am glad to have the chance to get some cuddles in with yours. I'm happy to work with dogs of all ages and sizes and follow direction well if you are working with any training techniques. I have a soft spot for older dogs in particular and am also happy to look after any plants. I currently attend KU as a grad student where I teach two days a week and am focused on finishing my thesis this semester. I have a fairly flexible schedule and so can maintain a consistent routine for most pets while you’re gone. I’ve traveled a lot and been fortunate to be a guest in many people’s home. I pride myself on being respectful and leaving a house at least as good as I found it. I also try to prioritize pet comfort since I'm a guest in their home too. I try to let them lead interactions so they have a chance to warm up on their own level. I'm also happy to respect household rules and uphold the boundaries the pets are used to (ie., if they're not allowed on certain furniture). If you have any plants that need care while you're away, I love leaning into my green thumb too.

About: In my day job I am a home health/ Hospice assistant so I not only have experience taking care of people I also take care of people's fur babies when they are unable to. I also grew up with dogs so there is not a day that goes by in 25 years I have not taken care of a furry friend I currently work monday through friday 730am to 330 pm so afternoons and weekends are when I am most avaliable, and over nights as needed. I have vast knowledge of walking safety, leash control/safety, environmental triggers, and the importance of hydration and rest. When pet setting, I like to have a secure outdoor/ yard area, i stick to the owner and dogs set routine,and I like to respect that I am a guest in the animals home
