“Winston had a wonderful day with his new friends James, his wife De and their dogs Charlee and Chloe. James did everything we could ask for and more to make Winston's stay a success. We received lots of photos throughout the day showing all the fun Winston was having. That allowed my wife and I to enjoy our day together knowing Winston was being well cared for. This was the first time we used Rover.com and it was a great experience. We will definitely be booking with James again.”

About: I've cared for dogs and cats my entire life. I've studied animal cognition, behavior, and training. I've participated in obedience training, agility, and my prior pets were Canine Good Citizen certified. I have worked with both dogs and cats and a variety of breeds including high energy herding breeds. I have a large 1 acre fenced yard that is perfect for running, playing, and getting the ya yas out! I am currently avilable anytime (weekdays, evenings, and weekends) for boarding or doggie daycare at my home or drop-in visits at your home. I have plenty of time to spoil your furbabies! I have a large home and beautiful and secure 1 acre fenced yard in a lovely neighborhood. I currently don't have any pets so those furbabies that don't get a long with others can be the center of attention here!

About: *Update: In regards to the new weekly feature, I can only do so in YOUR home. I am a cat person but I also love dogs. I'm an equal opportunist lol . I've taken care of cats, dogs, even hamsters, fish and plants for neighbors, friends, family and later on for clients through apps like these. I started taking care of pets at age 10 which was around the same time I got my cat, Allegra. I loved her like my own child. We would even take walks together. She lived a good 14 years but that of course was still too short for me. She was a family member to me, not just a cat. She was even kind to the random strays I would bring home and be forced to return lol. I also grew up with my dog Angel (pictured). She lived for 14 years too. Her last few years were rough and she was on a lot of medications. I have experience administering those. We had to put her down and that was such a hard decision. Another family member lost. I'm still proud that they both lived long lives. I've had other cats short term since then. I adopted a black cat, Maleficent Marie, in February 2023 and shes my new fur baby. I started using Rover in 2018 when it first started but deactivated because I lived in areas that didn't use the app at all. I can't wait to meet your pet and I'll make them a priority like they're family! I'm currently working part time and have a very flexible schedule so I have plenty of time to drop in or even stay with your furry family members. My home is not open to animals at the moment and I can sincerely vouch that I will treat your home respectfully like mine or anyone else's. I'm also fully vaccinated and take Covid seriously. I don't mind wearing a mask for long hours or at all and will abide by any covid restrictions you personally have. My goal is to build a trusting relationship and to have more repeat clientele!

About: I will love your pet like my own and if you ask my friends they will tell you that they would love to live as one of my dogs. I have had dogs since I was very young and work hard to include them in all aspects of my life. I have also had litters and cared for and found them well suited loving homes. I have been a volunteer with the humane society and Patriot Paws for many years. My goldens are well behaved and love working on commands, so I am happy to continue any training you might want your dog to keep practicing while you are away. Nothing makes me happier than being near dogs, so I guarantee your dog will have my utmost attention. If requesting boarding or daily day care, your dog must be friendly with other dogs. Happy to provide multiple references that I regularly watch their dogs outside of Rover also. I work from home so I am with my dogs 24/7. I spend a lot of time outside playing with them throughout the day and fetch. I have 2 dogs and a huge fenced in yard to keep your dog company. My house sits on 3 acres that is fully fenced in so there is plenty of room for dogs to run. In spring and summer I also have multiple hard plastic small pools they can lounge in.

I’m reliable, responsible and will take the best possible care of your pets. I work from home and my schedule is very flexible. We’ll have time for all the walks and fun activities that will leave your pooch tired and happy. I have a huge fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your pup company. I can easily crate your dog if that is your preference. I don’t double-book so if your pets are staying with me, they will only have my pets there and it won’t get crowded. About: Dogs are a big part of my life right now. With two energetic boxers (one of them deaf) I’ve taken a crash course on raising dogs that are loving, friendly, and listen. I’ve learned a lot the past few years, and can’t wait to love on other dogs. I am currently home most of the day, and I would love to love on your pets. My two boxer are energetic, playful with all other dogs, and thinking meeting new friends is the best. I do have four kids in the home, but they love dogs. Your dog will get extra love and play from these gentle hands. I have an active family and your dog will get lots of attention as we walk, play indoors with dog toys, and engage with my energetic and friendly boxers. We love to cuddle on the couch with our fur friends. Sleep and food time can be done in a particular place if that is what your pet needs.

I have helped my family take care of their pets for years. I am very flexible with my schedule. I worked full time in the financial field for many years. I have been staying home for over a year now and would love to start doing something part time that I enjoy!! And that’s taking care of your pets. Whatever your needs are, I can take care of it. If you need me to take care of your pet while your out of town or come by daily for walks. I prefer to come to your home because I want your pet to feel safe. Daily and/or overnights. I will give your pet lots of kisses and belly rubs and take them for walks if you want me too. I just love dogs and cats and I know how much you love your pets.

About: I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, turtles, fish, Guinea pigs, and more. I’ve been a pet owner since I was at a very young age. I even worked on a horse farm when I was younger. I make sure to provide a protected and clean living space for my animals every day. I make sure to provide clean and fresh water for the animals. Our routine is two meals a day and of course wet food at night or veggies for the Guinea pig. Exercise is a must so I use balls, lasers and daily walks. Baths are done weekly. I have two cats, two dogs, fish and a Guinea pig. With the cats I brush them, feed them, changed their kitty litter, treat them for fleas etc. The dogs I take on daily walks, bathe them, clean after them and play fetch with them.

About: I’ve had the pleasure of volunteering at a boarding facility for dogs, which has been a fantastic experience. I really enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality and finding out what they like. This helps me tailor my approach to make sure they’re comfortable and happy. I’m experienced in giving baths, trimming nails, and administering medications, & handling temperament appropriately. which has taught me a lot about keeping dogs healthy and content. Playing with dogs is one of my favorite parts of the job. It’s a great way for me to burn off some energy while giving the dogs the exercise they need. I always make sure they have plenty of water during and after playtime. I’m keen on following what each dog enjoys, so any insights you can share about your dog’s preferences would be really helpful. I look forward to making sure your dog feels well-cared for and has a great time! NOTE: The requests that I decline are SPAM requests, I am always available at the times I set on my calendar. Thank you pet parents :) I have a part time online job that I do at nights and it’s not demanding or distracting so I can put it off for however many days I’d like and get back to it later. I own a snake so if anyone ever needs reptile boarding or care let me know I’d be happy to provide my services :). (my snake is always kept in her cage while caring for pets you do not have to worry there will be no contact between your animals and my snake:) If you are big on needing a fence, I have an invisible fence in my back yard with a shock collar if he goes past the lines for my family’s dog, if you’d prefer that let me know bc i hate that they have it for my family’s dog shock collars are wrong. I can easily crate your dog if you’d like that at night when boarding, I just ask bring your own crate. I can also let your dog and my family’s dog (neutered male black lab) play if you’d like. Bring specific food for your dog if you can/want I love accommodating & if you have any further questions just reach out :).

I have volunteered with various pet adoptions including SPCA and Releashed Rescue for over 10 years. I have grown up pet sitting for neighbors and friends.
