About: Hello! I am a lifelong animal lover who grew up in a vibrant, pet filled home with 3 dogs and 16 cats. Having so many furry family members from a young age taught me exactly what it takes to keep animals happy, healthy, and safe. Today, my world still revolves around pets, including my own sweet dog, Tequila, who is my full-time sidekick! Because I am with my dog Tequila all day long, your pet will benefit from constant supervision, structure, and companionship. I have years of experience pet sitting for family and friends handling everything from quick dog walks to extended overnight home boarding. I understand that your pets are family, and I treat every guest with the same love, patience, and attention that I give to my own. I work from home and my job is flexible. My home has a large yard, large enough for lots of running and playing. I also, have a car in case of emergencies or for longer walks at the park. Taking your dog out on different walks or as many walks as they want to go on throughout the day should not be a breeze. I really enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality and finding out what they like. This helps me tailor my approach to make sure they’re comfortable and happy. (my snake is always kept in her cage while caring for pets you do not have to worry there will be no contact between your animals and my snake:) If you are big on needing a fence, I have an invisible fence in my back yard with a shock collar if he goes past the lines for my family’s dog, if you’d prefer that let me know bc i hate that they have it for my family’s dog shock collars are wrong. I can easily crate your dog if you’d like that at night when boarding, I just ask bring your own crate. I can also let your dog and my family’s dog (neutered male black lab) play if you’d like. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have raised them from playful puppies through old age. About 10 years ago, while working as a nanny, I also cared for two energetic husky mixes — from daily walks and playtime to feeding and snuggles. I have experience with dogs of all ages, from the patience and training puppies need to the gentle care older dogs deserve. No matter their age or personality, I’ll love and treat your dog like my own. I work from home, so I’m available Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. During the day, I usually take 2–3 ten-minute walks and also have time for play in my fenced-in backyard or plenty of cuddle breaks inside. On weekends, I offer boarding with drop-offs anytime after 8 AM on Fridays and pick-ups through 5:30 PM on Mondays. I have a fully fenced-in backyard with 6-foot privacy fencing and gates set up to keep dogs out of anything unsafe. Since I work from home upstairs, dogs will be gated with me so I can always keep an eye on them. If you have an older pup who shouldn’t do stairs, just let me know and I’ll happily adjust to work downstairs with them. On weekends, any errands I run are kept under 2 hours, and I can crate your dog if that makes you more comfortable. I also love sending picture and video updates so you can see how much fun your pup is having while you’re away!
