As Gracie and Juliet have gotten older, their needs have changed and Kim has adjusted her care accordingly. Whether it's giving them medicine or helping them up and down off the couch, she anticipates their needs and understands the best way to care for them. She always tries creative ways to make Juliet eat since she often refuses food. I couldn't be happier with Kim's services, and I never want to leave my dogs with anyone else!
It was so easy to work with Carole. She was very communicative about everything she needed prior to confirming our booking and during our dog Lucy's stay.
