About: I’m David, a dedicated Pet Pawtrait Photographer 🐾📸 and the owner of Charlie’s Pet Pawtraits & Boutique in the Lehigh Valley, PA. Caring for dogs isn’t just a job for me—it’s a heartfelt passion inspired by my beloved pup Charlie, who was with me for over 11 wonderful years. Losing him was tough, but it left me with an abundance of love 💙 I’m eager to share with other dogs through both personalized care and capturing their spirit through photography. I offer a boutique, home-like dog care environment 🏡 where I never take in more than 1–3 dogs at a time, ensuring your dog receives plenty of one-on-one attention, playtime in our spacious indoor gallery, and adventures on the nearby D&L Trail as well as numerous local parks 🚶🌳🐕. Your dog’s comfort, happiness, and peace of mind are my top priorities—I treat every pup as if they were my own family. I’m also a proud dad to a mature 9-year-old who lovingly helps me care for dogs, adding to the warm and nurturing atmosphere 👧❤️. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, a calm senior, or anywhere in between, I’m patient and adaptable to their needs. As a special thank you for choosing my care, I’ll send you beautiful photos of your dog enjoying their stay—and if you’d like, high-quality non-watermarked downloads of these photos are available upon request 🎁✨. This way, you get to see just how happy and comfortable your pup is during their time with us! In addition to care, I offer pet portrait sessions either in my studio or at your favorite location—and many pet owners enjoy choosing one of our recommended local spots near the studio for a special outing and photoshoot 🎞️🐶. I’m excited to meet your pup and provide a personalized, loving experience that truly sets us apart from typical kennel-style sitters. As the owner of our pet photography boutique and photography studio 🐾📸, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate quality time to caring for your pet. Whether it’s a weekday or weekend, I prioritize making sure every pup in my care feels loved and well attended to 💙. My 9-year-old daughter, who is mature and gentle 👧❤️, is often excited to help out and meet new furry friends, adding to the loving, family-like environment. Pet care is truly integrated into our daily life and brings so much joy to both of us 😊. This balance allows me to provide personalized attention, plenty of playtime 🐕🎾, and peaceful rest moments for every dog, while also continuing to grow my photography passion and business. Your pets will be treated with the same love and care I gave my own beloved pup 🐕❤️—a love that was abundant and unconditional. I create a safe, nurturing environment 🏡 where every dog feels comfortable, valued, and truly at home. I look forward to meeting your furry family member and providing them with attentive, compassionate care that puts their well-being first 🐾😊.

About: I have loved and taken care of dogs all my life. I’ve had dogs from puppies to seniors and understand how to care to all their needs. Along with that I take the time to really get to know each dog on their own and establish a connection so that each party is happy. I currently work a full time job. However I work from home so that allows me to be flexible with my time and always there to attend to the dogs. I have a fenced in yard and a dog of my own to give your fur baby’s company. The dogs can free roam around the house but I’ll always make sure I can see them. If preferred to be caged that is also possible.
About: I just moved to the US from Thailand. With several years as a vet there, I could provide your pet basic care and health check. Now, I’m working part time as a part of my family restaurant so I have plenty of time to take care of your puppy. I’m working part time now so I have plenty of time to take care of your baby. We have a whole house for your pets, yard plus parking lot. Going to potty will always be on leash and close care by us. We will also update you with photos and videos as that are what we love to do.

you know it was a good day when you pick up your puppy and she's asleep the whole ride back home!! the fenced in backyard was very spacious for my luna which made me the happiest. i received updates and pictures and luna has made a new friend! she will definitely be going back :)

Gracie and Juliet were honored to be Kim's first Rover guests in her beautiful new home! They came home relaxed and happy. They are getting older now, and Kim understands the needs of older dogs. They had a very enjoyable day with their friends - both human and canine!
Chanelle took great care of Kuuki and paid attention to his needs! She made sure to introduce her dogs one by one and ensured kuuki settled at her place. She updated me with videos and pictures which I am very grateful. Kuuki is a mini Aussie and he has a lot of energy. When I picked him up, he was out, which is an amazing thing! It tells me he had a fun day with Chanelle, her dogs, and her family members ;)

Bobbie took such great care of our little pup. We were a bit nervous as he is still very much a little puppy (16 weeks) and this was our first time leaving him with someone, but we knew from our first meeting that she would take great care of him. She kept us updated throughout the day with pictures and we could tell he was well cared for. Would definitely recommend and use her services again!

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Bethlehem commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
