About: I’ve never owned a dog myself, but I’ve lived with roommates who have and consider my brother’s dog to be one of mine. 😎 I’ve been the go-to dog sitter for other friends of mine for years and I’ve always loved spending time with dogs. I am currently working a part time job, mostly on weekend mornings, and I’m looking to do as many walks as I can throughout the week - Tuesday-Thursday is usually the best, but can typically find a way to make other days work I am not planning on having dogs at my place, but my apartment does have a dog park right outside my building. In terms of visiting other homes, I will always keep a close eye on dogs and make sure to follow whatever rules are in place.

“Taylor was able to watch our kitties on short notice. She arrived promptly everyday for drop-ins and managed to work our electronic door systems without any explanation (that's kind of rare lol). I didn't have to explain much to her. She sent us pictures, played with our cats, fed them before she left, and cleaned the litter box when necessary. We were able to enjoy our trip without worry. Thank you Taylor! We're absolutely going ask Taylor to watch our babies again 🩷”

About: I have a dog who I care for deeply I will care for your dog too. I will give them attention make sure they are well feed and are safe till you are back in town. I work from home during the week and my weekends are wide open i wish I could have another dog but I figured I could do dog sitting till I make that leap...so bring over your 4-legged friend. My pets are treated very well I give out treats, praise and many many belly rubs my human kids are jealous...of the spoiling of my animals.

About: Everyone thinks I have a sixth sense with animals, they just seem to feel automatically at ease with me! But of course, the owner is also important, so I am committed to following your instructions meticulously because I recognize that each pet has unique requirements. As a dedicated and detail-oriented individual, I closely monitor your dog's behavior to ensure they receive everything they need—whether it's pets, cuddles, playtime, potty time, or treats! I specialize in senior care and am skilled in administering multiple medications, ensuring they take them without any attempts to hide. Always being sure to keep a close eye on their immediate needs. I know patience is crucial in my approach, a quality I learned through caring for my prior senior dog. Your pet's well-being and happiness are my top priorities. Incorporating pet care into my daily and weekly routine revolves around adapting to their specific needs. I work from home on Fridays and Mondays, allowing plenty time for extended walks and play sessions. During weekends, my schedule is highly flexible as I don't have children or a dog of my own at the moment. I have a partially fenced yard where I can supervise your dog while they're on a tether. However, I prefer taking them for walks around the neighborhood, or if you're comfortable with it, exploring trails. I am extremely attentive and vigilant during these outings.

I offer flexible, attentive care with a personal touch, such as sending updates & pictures to pet owners. I’m currently in school for X-Ray technology, which gives me a flexible schedule. Pet sitting fits perfectly into my routine, allowing me to provide check-ins, walks, or extended care based on each pet I care for pets the same way I’d want someone to care for mine—with attention, patience, and respect for their routines. I follow each pet’s specific needs, from daily walks and diets to unique quirks and preferences shared by the owner.

About: LOVING, PERSONALIZED PET CARE IN A COZY HOME ENVIRONMENT Heading off on your dream vacation? Traveling for business? Dealing with an unexpected out-of-town emergency? Hi, I'm so glad you stopped by! I'm a former teacher, experienced travel professional, and proud fur mom. With years of hands-on experience caring for cats and dogs, I treat every pet as if they were my own, offering genuine love, attention, and top-notch care you can trust. Over the years, I’ve cared for many beloved pets, rescued several, and found loving homes for others. These days, I share my home with little Lola—just 5 lbs of fluff and personality! MY MISSION: COMFORT, SAFETY, AND LOVE FOR YOUR PET I am home all day and provide a calm, nurturing environment with one-on-one attention tailored to your dog’s personality and needs. My fenced-in backyard offers plenty of space for supervised outdoor time, potty breaks, and fresh air. Whether we are soaking up the sunshine together or enjoying some quiet time indoors with toys and my knitting, your pup will be surrounded by warmth and care. If your dog is more of a snuggler than a sprinter, no problem! Inside or out, your furry friend will be safe, happy, and loved. No stressful kennels here—just a peaceful home, loving care, and lots of cuddles. We are your pups grandparents. We love on them, spoil them, and send them home! A win/win for all! PERSONALIZED PET CARE WITH HEART & ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL I tailor my services to meet the unique needs of your pet, paying close attention to the little things that help them feel safe, relaxed, and right at home. My goal is to make their stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible, for both you and your furry friend. HOME-LIKE COMFORTS & ROUTINES I do my best to mirror your pet’s home routine, especially when it comes to sleeping and nap time. With cozy dog beds placed throughout the house, your pet will have plenty of comfortable spots to rest. I never use crates unless you specifically request it. SMALL GUEST LIST, BIG ATTENTION I only care for up to three small dogs at a time to ensure each guest gets the individualized attention they deserve. I also welcome one larger dog at a time (up to 50 lbs). However, I do not mix small dogs with large dogs unless it is permitted by owners. We prefer to keep them separate. This allows me to provide a calm, focused environment without overcrowding. Please note: All dogs must be spayed or neutered. At this time, I’m unable to accommodate Pit Bulls or Rottweilers—though this may change in the future, so feel free to check back. Although the profile says we will take dogs up to 100 lbs., we do not. We will take dogs up to 60 lbs. Most of these beautiful creatures are just too big for us to handle. PRIVATE, SECURE, AND JUST FOR YOU Your pet’s privacy is important to me. I do not share photos or videos publicly. I provide regular updates, including pictures, videos, and a personalized “report card,” sent directly to you. For more than a decade, pet professionals have relied on PCI Pet Insurance to bring clients peace of mind. It is specifically for the pet care industry. I am insured through PCI which sets us apart from most other providers. Additionally, CPR certified by The American Red Cross. If you schedule a “Meet and Greet,” please bring proof of vaccinations or Vet letter or Titre Test (RNATT) and let us know what flea and tick program you use. With unwavering dedication and a genuine love for animals, I aim to make each stay feel like a home away from home. Let’s connect—I can’t wait to meet you and your best friend and welcome them as my special guest! My goal is to be your preferred choice for caring for your pet! FYI, please be sure when you book if you need to cancel, cancel before the required 3 days or ROVER will charge you 50%. As a retired teacher, I have no routine! That’s the beauty of retirement. I have the time to just devote to your fur baby and their interests and needs. I have a fully fenced in yard as well as cameras that track the backyard. I like to offer our guests lots of personal attention. I am a grandparent and it’s like being a pup grandparent. I get to enjoy their company. Spoil them with attention and cuddles then send them home! We have plenty of dog bowls that are sanitized daily as well as dog bedding if you prefer to use ours. Also, sanitized after each dog’s visit. We are also insured and CPR trained.

“Jenna was a great cat sitter! She checked on our cat, Benson, once a day while we were out of town and would update me on how he was doing - how much he ate, what he played with, etc. She also sent me pictures and videos, which made me feel better knowing that he was in good hands! Even though I couldn't be there to take care of Benson this weekend, I have no doubt that he enjoyed his time with Jenna. I will definitely book another drop-in visit with her in the future :)”

“I needed someone to walk my dog Bruce last minute and was nervous I wouldn’t be able to find anyone. Sarah responded very quickly and was able to help! She’s very efficient and kind and took great care of my pup. She sent pictures and gave updates about their walk. I’ll definitely be hiring her again and I recommend her highly to anyone looking for a pet sitter!”

About: Hi, I’m Erin! I’ve grown up with dogs, cats, and other small animals all my life because what is life without dogs? I’ve always loved animals, but I have a very special place in my heart for dogs. They bring me so much happiness. I enjoy playing with animals and cuddling them, and I will always treat your dog the way I would treat my own. I look forward to meeting you and your lovely pets! 😊 I currently work from home, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups. I’m available Monday through Friday, and sometimes on weekends as well. I’m also happy to pick up your pet and take them to the park or play in the yard. We can play fetch and go for a nice walk.

“Emily did a great job with my cat Josie the past two weekends! She gave detailed updates, was always on time, & even got Josie to warm up to her during the visits. Thank you Emily!”

About: I am willing to do two meet & greets. The first one is with you and your pet(s). Then, another, as a sample service. See how it goes- how happy your pet is with everything. Then decide. I have experience helping care for neighbourhood dogs and cats. I have done this on the side for years for friends in my neighbourhood. Also, I have been the guardian of four dogs, and four cats as well. All of the dogs have been large breeds- Great Dane (George), pit-bulls (Hugo and Sweetie), and a golden retriever named Rustie. The neighbourhood breeds that I cared for have been small & large. My cats have been three Bombays (Fate, Nineteen, and Meme), and one American Short-Hair (Washington). Also, my experience spans to special-needs and elderly pets. Sweetie was a three-legged pit-bull. George was diabetic with insulin administered three times per-day. Nineteen the cat was on a special needs diet. Rustie- arthritis medication. Hugo- CBD for bone-cancer. I have been involved in the training of dogs and cats- though not a certified trainer. For instance, I had two dogs that became AKC Certified Canine Good Citizens (Rustie & Sweetie). Each I took to Children's Hospital in Detroit to visit the kids, and nursing homes for the elderly. They were also Certified Therapy Pets. I like walking for my daily exercise. I think that iti is important for humans and dogs. I have a business that I do the work for in the evening- and this is my day job. (Note- If you have a kitty-litter in the home, I am willing to change the litter- if it is scoopable and you provide- within my time block for no extra fee. I have done this in the past for my neighbourhood pets.) I am available within the time-block of 11:00 am to 3:00 pm seven days per week. On weekends I am willing to work later in the day- and I will reflect this in the schedule. I have a business that I tend to in the evenings during the week. I believe that pets have a natural-instinct for judging character perhaps even better than humans. Sort of a sixth-sense that we cannot comprehend. The point of this whole thing is to improve the lives of your pets. I wish to make it enjoyable and form a true friendship with your buddies.

“Having Jennifher watch over my cat was great! Leaving my fur baby in her care was a decision I didn't regret for a second. What really stood out was her great communication skills. She kept me updated every step of the way and even just checked in to let me know everything was going smoothly. As a cat parent, receiving those regular updates made my day brighter and eased any worries I had about being away. It really warmed my heart to see how well she treated my cat. She made sure he felt loved and comfortable in her care, whether it was engaging him in playtime, or simply sitting with him for a cuddle. I can't express enough gratitude for Jennifher and the peace of mind she provided during my time away.”
