“Julie and her sister Sandy are wonderful. My miniature Dachshund, Bruno, has been going to their home for doggie daycare for some time now. They have gone above and beyond taking him with very little notice and picking him up and returning him. I feel very confident about his safety while in their care. Recently, I had an emergency and they picked him up without any notice and I boarded him with them for 3 days. This was the first time he was away from home and his first night he was nervous, but they gave him lots of reassurance and comfort. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a loving and caring doggie daycare and boarding in a home environment.”

About: I’ve had dogs for the past 9 years. Anywhere between 2-4 dogs at a time. I currently have two dogs that are older and pretty tame now. I’ve cared for all sorts of dogs - energetic, dog friendly, not dog friendly, dogs that are afraid of people, old dogs, and young dogs. I have experience giving medications to dogs and caring for wounds as well. I mostly work from home and am usually around to let the dogs in and out. If I were to ever have to be in the field for work, I would either have that day marked as unavailable in my calendar or would let you know. I have a large fenced backyard with lots of grass and trees for the dogs to play in. I currently have two dogs that are older but enjoy going outside to either just sit and enjoy the sun or occasionally chase the squirrels that hang out back here. I take breaks throughout the day from work to hang out with the dogs and when the weather allows, take the dogs for about a 2 mile walk.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and they’ve always been part of the family. My home is cozy and dog-friendly, with two large pups of my own and a spacious, fenced backyard they can enjoy through a dog door while I’m home. When I’m away, all dogs stay safely inside. If I’m watching a puppy or a dog that cannot be alone for 4 hours, I can accommodate if my schedule is open. For long stays, there are some days i may be out longer than 4 hours if I have an event but I will let you know before booking. Your pup is welcome to lounge on the furniture and will receive plenty of love, attention, and playtime from me and my two dogs and will have free roam in the house. We have a communal toy bin and a spacious, fenced backyard accessible via a dog door when I’m home. When I leave, the dogs are secured inside the house. Until your pup is ready to free roam unsupervised with my dogs, they’ll have a safe, separate hallway complete with a comfy dog bed, toys, and water, so they can still see and enjoy the company of the others for the times I am not home . If your fur baby prefers a crate while I’m away, I can do that only if they genuinely enjoy their crate and look forward to settling in. If your dog enjoys walks, I’m happy to take them for a drive to a nearby park or a friendly neighborhood walk. I care about a harmonious environment, so I can only host dogs that get along well with others. My home is best suited for pups who love to play and mingle, and I currently host up to two small to medium dogs to keep things cozy. We love puppies.

About: I’ve always had family pets. We’ve adopted several dogs, young and old, over the years. We currently have two dogs and understand how important it is to feel relaxed when traveling, knowing your furry family is taken care of while away. I am self-employed and work from home. This allows me to be very accommodating when watching your pets and/or home. My wife is an RN and would be able to step in should my schedule not accommodate a particular situation. I prefer to watch your pets in their routine environment knowing it makes them less anxious while you’re away. Depending on your pet and their disposition, I could also allow them time in our home.

Either myself or my wife will be in the home 24/7 so we are able to provide all necessary care (walking, feeding, exercising and bathroom breaks as needed). I have a fully fenced front and back yard with plenty of space for your dogs to roam. I can easily crate your pet as needed. Either myself of my wife will be at the house at all times. I am home night and weekends and she is home days. Someone will be at home 24/7 to meet your pets needs/ Dogs are fed and walked as needed and provided a bathroom break every 2 hours. I also have a fully fenced front and back yard as well as a park down the street for outdoor play.

“Stephen was a great dogsitter! His dogs are larger and more high-energy, which makes Chancho really anxious. At his suggestion, we did a backyard slow meeting between the dogs, one at a time, and Stephen picked up on Chancho's attitude and needs immediately. Chancho was definitely overwhelmed, but Stephen picked up on his body language, walked us through a couple strategies he had to keep the dogs safe and happy, and assured us that he'd be in touch if need be. Any concerns I had about leaving him with a new sitter were alleviated by the time we headed out and I knew Chancho was in good hands! Stephen was very responsive, sent photos when we checked in, and made pick-up easy as well. We'd definitely recommend Stephen and look forward to seeing him the next time we book.”

About: I have been around dogs my entire life and have extensive experience caring for dogs of all ages, including newborn puppies. I currently have a cat at home, but she can be easily kept separate if your pet is not comfortable around cats. I welcome dogs of all ages and am happy to provide long walks or trips to the dog park, depending on your pet’s needs. Additionally, my mother, a licensed veterinary technician, lives with me and is available in case of any emergencies, providing an extra level of care and peace of mind. I am available anytime to care for your pet. Someone is always home to care for them during the day and I can offer potty breaks every few hours or so. I am very close to a local dog park. I am more than willing to take your pets there. There is also a dog park onsite at my apartments.
