About: I started volunteering at the Antioch Animal Shelter in the 4th grade. Since then I have volunteered at numerous shelters and rescues, including the emergency animal shelter in Oroville after the Camp Fire. I'm Disaster Animal Rescue Team (D.A.R.T.) trained, animal CPR and first aid certified, and have years of TNR experience. I have had many exotics as pets, including a reef tank at one time. I have no issue feeding crickets and worms, but I can't feed snakes rodents. I'm a lifelong vegetarian, so that would traumatize me. Lol. I also love rodents, and currently have 2 rescue guinea pigs. Animal care and nutrition are a passion of mine. I'm also an expert teeth brusher! I brush my cats and dogs teeth every night and some of my pet sits as well. I'm very experienced giving medication, even pills to cats and my recently adopted cat Ricky is diabetic. Two of my regular cats I sit take meds, and one gets insulin injections, so I'm very comfortable with both and also know how to check blood glucose. Animals are allowed on the furniture in my home, even the bed. A couple of dogs I regularly sit sleep in the bed with me and my dogs. I treat other people's furbabies the way I would want my furbabies treated. I'm a helicopter pet parent so I totally understand how hard it is to trust someone with the ones you love. If I ever thought something was wrong with your pet I would notify you asap, and I have no issue taking an animal to the vet. I have a rescue dog who has occasional seizures and a rescue kitty with kidney disease that I give sub-q fluids to every day, so I am very comfortable with special needs animals. I'm pretty OCD when it comes to pet care. I actually have a pet thermometer and carry a microchip reader in my truck with an extra leash. You'd be surprised how many times I've used that chip reader! Being a helicopter pet parent I NEVER EVER leave an animal outside alone, not even in my fenced in yard. I don't take chances. I'm also obsessively clean, so your litter box will not be a hot mess when you return, and if your dog uses a potty pad no problem. I also have waterproof vinyl plank flooring so accidents and kitty puke is easy to clean up. :-D. When I board animals it is very much mi casa esu casa! I'm also more than happy to water plants when I do drop-ins as well, since I have them myself and am also a gardener. :-) I work from home 3 days a week and the other 2 days I come home for lunch since the office is only 2.5 miles from my house. I'm home most weekends as well. I follow the care instructions to the letter. If your pup requires a crate it must be brought with them, since mine are not crated. I am comfortable giving medication and supplements, measuring food, following a raw food diet, feeding exotics, etc. I'm also comfortable grooming for an extra fee, but will never ignore a mat in their fur or charge extra for daily grooming like toothbrushing.

They have gone above and beyond taking him with very little notice and picking him up and returning him. I feel very confident about his safety while in their care. Recently, I had an emergency and they picked him up without any notice and I boarded him with them for 3 days. This was the first time he was away from home and his first night he was nervous, but they gave him lots of reassurance and comfort. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a loving and caring doggie daycare and boarding in a home environment.”

About: note: I primarily board and daycare puppies - check out my puppy rate (lower). Adults are at a higher rate and considere on case by case basis due to my dogs being attacked in the past. Only small/medium submissive adults will be considered. We love puppies! I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and they’ve always been part of the family. My home is cozy and dog-friendly, with two large pups of my own and a spacious, fenced backyard they can enjoy through a dog door while I’m home. When I’m away, all dogs stay safely inside. To keep things comfortable, I host no more than four dogs at a time (including my own). If you have more than two dogs from the same household, I may be able to make an exception depending on their size and needs. If I’m watching a puppy or a dog that cannot be alone for 4 hours, I can accommodate if my schedule is open. Your pup is welcome to lounge on the furniture and will receive plenty of love, attention, and playtime from me and my two dogs and will have free roam in the house. We have a communal toy bin and a spacious, fenced backyard accessible via a dog door when I’m home. When I leave, the dogs are secured inside the house. Until your pup is ready to free roam unsupervised with my dogs, they’ll have a safe, separate hallway complete with a comfy dog bed, toys, and water, so they can still see and enjoy the company of the others for the times I am not home . If your fur baby prefers a crate while I’m away, I can do that only if they genuinely enjoy their crate and look forward to settling in. If your dog enjoys walks, I’m happy to take them for a drive to a nearby park or a friendly neighborhood walk. I care about a harmonious environment, so I can only host dogs that get along well with others. My home is best suited for pups who love to play and mingle, and I currently host up to two small to medium dogs to keep things cozy. We love puppies.

About: Hi! Thanks for checking out my profile! I have been caring for friends and families dogs for a couple years now, but i had to make a whole new profile when i moved from out of state! Hoping to build up my clientele once again! I work part time and have plenty of time to care for your fur babies! I’m currently working part time for UPS, approximately 4:30am-9am Monday-Friday so I am available for drop ins, walks, and house sitting gigs where the owner is okay with me arriving anytime between 9-10am in the morning for first walks of the day. My 13 year old daughter is gaining work experience for her resume and accompanies me to all house sitting gigs. She is very responsible and respectful and sweet to all animals! I strive to follow each clients instructions for the care of their pets to a T, and I send photos and videos often throughout the day to ease owners worries!

About: I am a longtime cat and dog lover with over 25 years experience in caring for pets. I also have experience working in healthcare and love to care for senior pets, puppies, kittens and pets of all ages and sizes. Nicole was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. I had a previous boarding experience that did not go so well because the dogs in the home barked at mine the entire time he was there (days). With that information, Nicole introduced her dogs to mine one at a time. My dog spent several hours at her home and got along so well with her fur babies. It was like a great play date! About: I have had dogs all my life growing up. Honestly - there has never been a year in my life where I have not owned a dog. I have experience with small dogs to large dogs. I have volunteered for several shelters when I was younger. I have cared for senior dogs and dogs who have cancer. My dogs are spoiled and honestly, they are not pets but family. I love my dogs unconditionally the way they love me. I currently work from home all week. I am free to play, run around, and walk my furry family throughout the day.
