About: Experienced in caring for large dogs, reactive pets, cats, and multi-pet households. I own three large dogs and grew up with six dogs & 2 cats! As a stay-at-home mom, I have a very flexible schedule and genuinely enjoy spending time caring for animals. I’m available throughout the day and happy to work around your pet’s normal routine, giving them plenty of attention, comfort, and personalized care while you’re away. I’m big on getting to know each pet and what makes them happy. I have three dogs of my own, and all three have totally different personalities, so their care looks different too. We have a fenced yard, but we also do focused heel walks, sniff walks, training, off-leash practice, lake days, and plenty of playtime.I do the same with the pets I watch. If your pet is a homebody, we can stay in, play, and relax. If they love being outside and going on adventures, I’m happy to keep them active. I really enjoy figuring out each pet’s personality and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while they’re with me.

About: I currently work as a bather at a grooming salon where I regularly work with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Additionally, I have worked as a vet assistant at a veterinary hospital in Fredericksburg ,at dog daycares, and at boarding facilities in the past, as well as have personally owned and cared for dogs and cats my entire life! This person is a straight up warrior. She fought off mosquitoes. And rabid raccoons with no fear. She ran towards the danger while her charges (dogs) ran for the safety of the house. She was highly reliable, and very responsive to every visit. If you don’t just want a dog sitter but a champion of the fur kingdom this person is the one you hire.
Anna was awesome! Our kitties loved her, she was great with checkins and communication! We have introverted kitties with some loneliness issues and she was amazing with them, completely eased my nerves about leaving them over a holiday weekend. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
