About: I grew up on a farm surrounded by dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments—which gave me a lifelong comfort and confidence working with animals. From energetic puppies to senior dogs, I’m experienced and patient with every stage of life. I have hands-on experience with basic obedience training and I’m currently working toward my dog training certification. I currently work at FedEx ground. I'm about to switch to weekends only so I can be available mon-friday anytime. Weekend nights could work if planned ahead. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I live in a spacious, pet-friendly condo where dogs have plenty of room to play and relax. We have cared for birds, dogs, cats, lizard, snake, hamster, guinea pigs and have helped many rescues including abandoned baby owls and baby squirrels that fell from trees by finding foster/rehabilitation homes and transporting over 100 miles to their new homes. My adult daughter and I are passionate about caring for your pets the way you like by following routines and administering any medications they may need. We are home all day and night to care for your pet to help make your life easier. Being free to care for your animals in our home or yours allows us to attend to all their special needs with hourly walks as needed and lots of playtime by creating a happy, safe environment. About: I grew up with a number of cats and dogs in my home, and began caring for other pets when I was in high school. I’ve now had a dog of my own for 6years that I care for along with my husband and so enjoy any other animal interaction I get! I am reliable, punctual and communicative. If booking for an overnight stay in our home, my husband will also be helping with pet care and adores pets as much as I do. I’m currently in grad school, so I have more flexibility than someone with a 9-5. Each day is different, but I can often make time in my day depending on what is needed. More flexibility over the summer months. Again, if your dog is staying in our home, my husband will also act as another person caring for your pet. If you prefer I watch a dog in my home, I will want my dog to meet your dog first. If that relationship works, I’ll care for your little one like my own during their stay. Otherwise, I will make sure to give your pet as much attention and love as I can, and complete all your requirements outlined. I do not do overnight pet care in another home unless you are known to me personally however.
About: Neighbors, family and friends have trusted me to care for their furry friends for 7 years. I have cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds by feeding, walking and making sure they are comfortable while their family is away. I have experience providing medications as well as insulin injections for elderly diabetic dogs. I am currently post-grad and will be moving at the end of June. Until then, I am in the Clarksville area with far too much free time. I am available most times throughout the week for drop-in visits or walks as well as Wednesday-Sunday for boarding. I do not have pets of my own due to just completing grad school. I do not have a yard at my apartment but I love to be active by taking walks or going on runs, especially when the weather is nice!
