“Lee was GREAT with Carter! Made him feel at home, kept him safe and happy. She also sent videos and pics without me asking which was super nice. Her home is spacious, clean and has an open backyard for the dogs to play in. Her dogs also got along well with my little Carter. I’ll definitely be booking her again.”

“Kelly took such wonderful care of our pup!! At 4 months old, Moose needs a LOT of play and attention (our training seems to go out the window when he's in a new place), but Kelly did an amazing job keeping him happy, loved, and up to speed with his commands. We could tell from the second we dropped him off that she knew exactly how to handle his puppy energy, and she sent us pictures and updates throughout the day to let us know how things were going. She even sent him home with his favorite snacks!! We will definitely rebook with Kelly in the future :)”

“Osaze was wonderful with my puppy and was very communicative. I can tell he had a great time with Osaze because he was so tired when he got home! Would recommend and will definitely use him again.”

About: Hi! We are two animal lovers who have had pets of all kinds throughout our lives. Chrystal has raised dogs, cats, fish, iguanas, guinea pigs, and other small furry creatures. Daniel was raised on many acres with many furry and farm animals as pets. Currently our family is the two of us, our 2 kids, 2 adorable cats and a bunch of fish. Our sweet, large goof of a dog recently passed and we miss him dearly. We both work from home with a flexible schedule, so have plenty of opportunity to support your family's needs. We both have years of experience dog and cat sitting. We are comfortable and experienced with all breeds and ages and can provide medication as needed. Daniel is also uniquely skilled with larger dogs who need extra support, confidence, or attention when walking or near others. If your pet is not comfortable with kids and/or cats we can easily accommodate with scheduling and separation. Reach out with any questions and we look forward to meeting your furry family! We work from home with a flexible schedule and so can easily schedule time away during the day. One of us is available evenings as well. In the winter months we are away for the weekend, so only available weekdays (Sun eve - Fri midday) We like to know from you what makes your pet the most comfortable in their space. Any guidance is appreciated! We leave a space cleaner than we found it and are natural organizers. If you are traveling, We are particularly thoughtful about how you'd like to leave the house with lights on\off, etc.

“Athena is great! Rockee is always excited to see her in the morning, and I appreciate her flexibility with my work schedule and open communication. She’s also been helping with Rockee’s reactivity and I’ve noticed a calmer demeanor when he’s around other dogs. Thank you Athena!”

About: My dog Robin will be your dog’s playmate! He will tucker your dog out playing in the backyard and around the house. We’ll go on walks too! If your dog needs space, don’t worry—Robin knows and respects boundaries. Dogs are like family here! I’ve taken care of my own dogs, from puppies to senior care. I had my first dog for 15 years, and my new terrier is 2 years old. Whether you’re just dropping your dog off for the day while you’re at work, or they are staying overnight. I’ll take care of them with the same love and attention my own dog gets. I work from home, so I am available for the dogs 24/7. We can take morning, lunchtime, and evening walks or just play in the backyard, depending on your pet’s needs. My 12 lb terry is 2 years old and loves to play and relax. Dogs have access to the fenced backyard at any time. I do ask for pre-meeting for new clients to test your dogs temperament and weather, they’ll get along nicely with my dog. (Unfortunately folks have misrepresented their dogs in the past)

About: I'm a lifelong dog lover and proud dog mom to Zoe, my sweet ~5 year old husky. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life — from caring for my own, to looking after family pets, to volunteering at my local Animal Control. No matter where I am, the best part of my day is always spotting a pup strolling by. They never fail to brighten my mood! I’m currently offering both doggy daycare and overnight stays at my home, and I’d love to welcome your furry friend into our routine. Zoe and I are active and love long walks around the neighborhood and near Lake Merritt, so your dog will get plenty of exercise, fresh air, and playtime. Whether your pup needs a walk, a cozy overnight stay, or just some good company during the day, you can rest assured they’ll be treated like family — with love, patience, and lots of belly rubs. I have experience with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and energy levels, and I’m committed to creating a calm, happy, and safe space for every pup in my care. Looking forward to meeting you and your four-legged friend! 🐶💛 I'm currently working from home so I can be at home all day with your pup. I live in a quiet neighborhood with many friendly dogs and can easily go on walks every 2-4 hours between meetings. I care for pets in my home with the utmost love and care. I always communicate with the pet owners ahead of time to learn about any special care or routine the dog has (specific bathroom breaks, meal times, nap times, medications, etc). Dogs are allowed on my furniture and I have multiple dog beds, cots, crates, and toys to create a welcoming and fun environment for your pup.

About: I love little dogs! I enjoy connecting with them and getting to know their quirky little personalities. I grew up with a toy poodle and helped with my neighbors' dogs for years - walking them, hanging out with them during the day, and even keeping them for a night or a week. For the past 4 years I've also had a sweet mini aussiedoodle, Murphy. If you're a first time Rover user, get $20 off your booking with me! Use this code: PARKERD42569 I work part-time and mostly from home, and have a lot of flexibility right now. I can do one-time gigs and would love to build ongoing relationships! - BOARDING includes roughly 24 hours of doggy care and I am flexible about start and end time. If you need longer than 24 hours, an extended care fee will apply. If you need less, ask me about negotiating price. - DAY CARE can be 8-5, or 4-10, or any stretch between 8am and 11pm. - DROP INs and WALKS can be anytime between 9am and 9pm. Please let me know if your dog has separation anxiety or can be left alone briefly if I needed to run out (for example, the laundry is on the ground floor of my building). I give doggos a lot of personalized attention and try to anticipate their needs. I'm good at reading the vibe and knowing if a dog needs more or less of something. I am very safety conscious and will follow whatever guidance you offer, and communicate with you as much as you like!

“Libby had the best time with Neia! She had so much fun with plenty of attention, playtime, outside time, and window gazing - all of her favorite things. She can't wait to come back!”

About: I have been dog sitting via Rover for quite some time and as a previous dog owner myself, I deeply understand the level of care that every pet deserves! In addition to being responsible, I have also received foundational, skill builders, and reactivity training with the local SPCA. Unfortunately, from August 2025 onward, I will only be able to dog sit hypoallergenic dogs - sorry about that and thanks for understanding I currently work fully remote in the Oakland area so my schedule can be quite flexible, especially with a heads up. Weekends can also be arranged w advanced notice. As a responsible sitter & walker, I stick to my client’s preferences as they know best how to set up their pet for success. I do request to be able to leave the dog in their crate while I am out since I have some items in lower level shelves. My goal is to make our time together as seamless as possible for you and your pet.

“Nancy is simply the best. She is understanding if I am running a little late picking up my dog and I know I can trust that my dog is being incredibly well taken care of whether there for daycare or overnight”

About: I’ve been caring for pets since 2017, having grown up with a couple of dogs during my childhood. Additionally, I've gained valuable insights into pet care through my work at a holistic dog store in SF, providing me with a wealth of knowledge in this field. Pet care fits in perfectly to my schedule. I just graduated from SFSU. I also own a small business that I run out of my household. So technically my schedule is pretty available most days. The way I take care of pets of by showing a lot of attention. For example, if they are not in my eye view I will make sure to move myself to where they are so I may keep a close eye on them. I also make sure all doors and windows are locked so they can’t get out. I also regularly take dogs on walks to strengthen, get fresh air and use the bathroom. I try my very best to make pets feel happy and welcomed when being around me.
