I also previously worked at a pet hospital, where I helped care for animals and became comfortable handling pets with different personalities, needs, and comfort levels. About: I've owned dogs and cats since I was ten. I currently have three dogs (one of whom is a senior dog) and two cats. I love walking any dogs and playing in the backyard with them. I've been a volunteer at Last Chance Ranch in Quakertown for the past two years, during which I work with dogs who are happy and wiggly and those who are hesitant, sick or scared. Si yeon was amazing. We have not been away more than 2 nights since pre-pandemic because our cats don’t do well without us, but we came home to 3 happy, well loved fur babies! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
