About: I have almost 24 years of experience working with a variety of animals in a variety of settings (clinics, shelters, boarding/doggy day care and pet sitting). I am working full-time at a veterinary clinic on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On those days, I would be with your pets in the morning before work and after work. On Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday then I would be with your pets full-time. Since I am caring for pets in their own home, I will follow the guidelines and rules that have been provided for their safety and protection.

I currently have three cats and am the god-parent to three dogs. My best friend for 14 years was a Dalmatian, and before a career in finance, I worked in ASPCA and vet hospitals and I studied pre-vet medicine in college. I've handled dogs professionally and worked with puppies and senior dogs, as well as violent and untrained dogs. I work part time from home and am able to set my own schedule, so I am available to care for pets daily and on weekends. Our home has a fenced back yard and dogs are only allowed out of the fenced area on leash. Our home is pet safe, with garbage and chemicals all stored safely away. Food is kept protected. Our yard is sprayed with natural tick and flea deterrent, and we so not use any pesticides or harsh chemicals in our yard. I am respectful, clean and very detail-oriented, so will always strive to meet any expectations for your home that you set.

About: My family got our first dog when I was 3, I'm now 41, and have been caring for/loving on dogs ever since. My family fostered dogs for our local rescue for 6 years while I was in middle/high school and had about 160 dogs in/out of our house during that time. We specialized in caring for the bigger, older, and abused dogs. One of them that we foster failed with had chronic issues that required daily medicine, so I'm comfortable with administering pills to dogs if it can't just be hidden in their food. I love making friends with all of the dogs that I meet and my neighbors actually joke that I'm their dogs favorite person because of how excited he is to see me. All of the dogs that I've had over the years have been German Shepherd mixes so I'm capable of handling the bigger breeds of dogs on walks.
