“Taylor was awesome with my dog. I am gone for 12+ hours due to my job and Taylor is the first dog walker I have used where I come home to my dog not being overly energetic. He clearly gets a lot of play time with her!! She is very responsive, professional, and sends the cutest pictures! :)”

“Lexi handled Franklin perfectly - timely check-ins, great update photos, and came home to a happy and healthy dog. Very much appreciated and will be scheduling again soon”

About: Hi! I'm Emory - I grew up with Golden Retrievers my entire life, and in my adult years I’ve rescued three mixed-breed dogs from the shelter ranging from staffy's, dachshunds, and chihuahua's. I live with my boyfriend Quinn who also grew up with dogs, and together we have rescued a dog of our own, so caring for animals has always been a huge part of our lives. After our own dog passed away a couple of months ago, we decided to hold off on getting one of our own right away and to help take care of other dogs instead. We have pet-sit for our friends and family for years, and also used Rover as a customer for our previous dog so I understand how important it is to trust the people caring for your pet and to provide lots of updates! During the week, I work a hybrid schedule, so your dog will get plenty of attention and companionship. On my work from home days, I’m home all day for walks, playtime, and lots of attention. Even on the days I go into the office, I’m only about 15 minutes away. I typically leave around 8am, come home during my lunch break from 12–1pm, and Quinn is home by 4pm, so dogs are never left alone for more than 4 hours at a time. They’ll get a walk before work, another walk and playtime during lunch, and plenty of walks, love, and attention in the evenings! Our home is very dog-friendly! Dogs are welcome on the furniture, get plenty of affection, and are treated like part of the family while they’re with us. Because I have rescued dogs from the shelter, we also have experience working with dogs who need a little extra patience and understanding. I know every dog has a different personality and comfort level, so will do our best to make them feel safe and loved.
“Cheyanne took excellent care of my cat Kiki while I was away! She wrote a summary and took pictures throughout each visit and it was so nice to see what Kiki was up to. She looked very happy and clearly really liked Cheyanne! Cheyanne gave her a lot of attention, brushing her and allowing her to make biscuits in her lap. Cheyanne also notified me right away when my fridge stopped working and helped me by checking the electric panel (going above and beyond pet sitting!). I will definitely book Cheyanne again next time I go out of town!”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Bayside West
She took great care of my two cats while I was away! She was always on time, came twice a day as scheduled, and was super communicative throughout the whole stay. One of my cats was recovering from a wound and needed multiple medications, and she did a great job making sure she her medicine and kept her cone on. I really appreciated how reliable she was and would definitely book with her again!

As a first time rover user, we really lucked out booking with Shannon—she was incredible! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for thoughtful pet care. She went above and beyond to give us updates each visit with additional pictures and videos during our week-long trip away. She went beyond doing the minimum to also spend time playing with our cats and giving them some social time. I will definitely be re-booking with Shannon! 🌟

Christine was amazing!! Super flexible and good with both of our dogs! One of them had an accident and she cleaned it up, no problem! We also loved the pictures & extra time she spent with them! Would recommend Christine to anyone & will definitely be choosing her again!
