I encouraged Deb to join Rover because caring for others has always come naturally to her. For years, she’s volunteered to help care for pets belonging to friends, family, and coworkers. She’s always the first to offer a hand, and I wanted her to put that same care and dedication into something of her own. I’ve watched Deb run a daycare, and she also spent some time as a foster parent. She’s patient, organized, and big on routines—qualities that carry over into how she cares for animals.
