About: I’ve worked at a Veterinary Hospital for 32 yrs, raised/trained more than 15 puppies to be service dogs & have been doing Animal Assisted Therapy since 1993. I recently retired, have set up my house to be dog friendly and now I have plenty of time to spend with my dogs and your pups! My home is clean and dog friendly with a fenced in backyard to play fetch. Dogs are allowed on the couch and my lap (small dogs plz) and there are plenty of toys and dog beds for resting:). About: Growing up, we always had animals in the house. We currently have Milo, a handsome but stubborn Chow German Shepard mix and Frankie, a rambunctious orange tabby. About: With over 10 years experience with pets and now having graduated dog grooming school, I have gained a lot of knowledge on what our beloved animals need to thrive physically and emotionally. I have always had a flexible schedule so fitting in walks or dog sitting on weekdays/weekends is no issue. I would not leave your pup alone for a long period as I usually don’t work long hours. About: I am a CPDT- KA certified canine behavior consultant and currently a manager at the Guide Dog Foundation. I have been dog sitting professionally for the past 5 years in NYC but have recently moved back to Long Island. I do work 7 am - 4 pm Monday - Thursday, with the possibility of stopping by during my lunch break for potty breaks depending on location. It is important your dog is someone who is used to being home alone during the day, but any weekends I would be there full time. I am also a rabbit owner and can pet sit for rabbits. I chose to dog sit in your home for your dogs comfort, that way they are not out of their environment and have all of their usual needs there. Monday - Friday: 7 AM - 4 PM Walks and feeding are done before I leave for work Evenings are spent playing and going on longer walks to make sure your dog is enriched and stimulated after being home during the day I am experienced and comfortable giving most medications when needed (I previously worked for Behavior Vets and have a high level of experience with medication) The services will be provided in your home, if you have a fenced in yard we will have lots of play time back there, but I do also take dogs for walks when needed or requested. Any details regarding sleep schedules (crating versus no crating) will be followed exactly since they are in your home.

About: I had dogs most of my life. I bathed, groomed walked, played with the animals in my life. Sadly mine crossed the rainbow bridge recently and watching yours will fill that void she left in my heart. My friend has a very large hyper dog, and I am the only one that feels comfortable watching him. I work close to my home , also on a Hybrid schedule. can easily come home during the work day to let them out, and to play. I have a fenced yard, and leashes for daily walks. I live near parks and the beach for daily walks and play time. I am not particular and expect accidents. I trained my own dog to walk without a leash. Animals need to feel secure in a new environment, this is done with love and affection.
