“Jinay is absolutely amazing! She runs a family business that’s truly a home away from home for pets. Jinay and her beautiful family are kind and they really provide a safe, loving space. She’s very understanding and genuinely enjoys Rawyce’s energy and personality just as much as I do. Her communication and updates are consistent, timely, and professional, and she’s always attentive to his needs. She exercises him so well; he’s easygoing but very high energy, and that was never a problem for her. Every time I’d get an update, he looked chunkier, happier, and more at ease than I could have imagined, especially for an anxious puppy. Jinay’s home is truly a retreat for your pet. They couldn’t be safer or happier anywhere else. 10000/10, I’d recommend and support Jinay in all her endeavors!”

“John was absolutely wonderful. This was his first time watching Jasper while we were away. John was so attentive to Jasper’s needs. He was so caring & loving with him. We felt so comfortable leaving our baby with him, as we knew he was in excellent hands & would be well cared for. He sent us daily updates & pictures which we really appreciated. We highly recommend John & look forward to using him again.”

“Amber was so sweet.. She sent photo update of my little Noli and reassured me everytime I text her. I’m glad I went with her and will definitely book with her again!”

“Christine watched our 1.5 year old Cockapoo for 5 days. She sent pics and updated us throughout that stay. She is caring and a true dog lover! We have had some not so good experiences in the past and we're so glad to have found Christine. Thank you again!”

“Kerri and her family took great care of our big Newfoundland mix. Her dogs were friendly and played well with my dog all week. I appreciated getting photos every day which let me know my dog Juneau was happy and safe! Looking forward to booking with her again in the future. Thanks again!!!”

About: I have been taking care of cats and dogs since I was a kid. I have also worked at a veterinary practice for many years as an assistant. I have plenty of space in my home for your pet to be safe and cared for. I also have a large fenced in yard if your pet needs to be taken care of at my home. I make their safety a priority when coming to your home to take care of or walking your pet
“Laurie took excellent care of Sadie while we were away. This is her full-time job and it shows in the level of communication we received (quick to respond to our texts; sent daily pictures). Laurie's level of professionalism made us feel comfortable about leaving Sadie with her.”

“Catherine was absolutely wonderful with Stanley! This was his first time and he was definitely apprehensive. She was patient with him and completely attentive. Her home is clean and she cared so well for him. She kept up completely informed and up to date. Stanley is a mush that loves attention and affection from people and that was provided so nicely! I am very pleased and my nerves are eased! We will definitely be using her again.”

“I will 100% be using Rutba again. She sent me photo updates of my dog each day and kept me updated as much as needed. I have never used Rover or an overnight sitter besides an actual boarder and I don't see myself going back. Rutba was amazing! Thank you for taking such amazing care of my baby!”

“Alev is so kind! Susie, warmed up to her immediately and we felt very comfortable knowing Alev would, and did, care for her with love. We loved the photos and videos. Susie had on a pretty pink bow at pick up, which was so sweet. We’ve already booked for future trips!”

“Rhodey had the BEST time at Veronique’s house over the holidays. She is very communicative and provided pictures/videos every day which is so appreciated. I could tell Rhodey was treated like family and got so much love while he was there! So happy I found a family I can trust to watch my pup. Thanks for taking such great care of him!”

“Jennifer was amazing! She took such great care of my dog Dunkin’. She kept me updated throughout his stay with messages, pictures and videos. She went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be booking with her again.”

“Rocko had a great time with Alejandro and even made new friends. Alejandro sent me videos every day of Rocko playing with his new friends. I highly recommend Alejandro and will definitely use him in the future.”

“The best sitters on Rover! They have gone above and beyond for our two Samoyeds. They are friendly and caring. Absolutely loving people who understand dogs. These are the sitters everyone is looking for. We feel so lucky to have found them.”

“We were thrilled with the care Donna provided for our dog, Callie, during her 8-day stay. She kept us updated regularly, and it was such a comfort to know Callie was happy and really enjoyed playtime with the other dogs. Donna has a wonderful setup and truly creates a welcoming environment—we highly recommend her!”

About: For 15 years, I have loved and cared for my animals. I was lucky enough to receive excellent training for my shepherd/husky and incorporate the methods during interactions with other animals as well as my new puppy. I completely understand needing reliable care when away. Patience, exercise and attention work wonders!! I'm currently working remote on Thursdays and am able to fit walks in throughout the day as well as during weekends. A varied schedule is fine!! Ensuring the animal's environment is the same when I leave as when I arrive is necessary to prevent injury or any accident. My yard is completely fenced in and equipped to play and run!

Catherine is such a wonderful and caring sitter for our Cavapoochon. We have used her for the past few years and we know that when we are away on vacation that our pup is always in good hands. She also sends wonderful photos, although, I don’t know how she gets the dogs to pose for photos.

They took such great care of Tessa and gave me peace of mind while I was away. They kept me updated with messages and photos, and I could tell Tessa was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. It’s never easy leaving your dog behind, but knowing Tessa was in such good hands made all the difference. Thank you 😊

Christina was an amazing sitter! I utilized her boarding service for Valentines Day date night and I would definitely book again. Christina communicated with me the whole time, sent lots of photos and videos and most of all my dogs had an amazing time. Her home is clean and many area are gated off, providing the dogs with safety.

I am so grateful I found Alev! She took amazing care of my Havanese Chloe while I was away for a weekend wedding. Alev sent me photos, videos and many updates on her walks and her feeding schedule that confirmed my little girl was getting lots of love and attention. Alev completely put my mind at ease which allowed me to enjoy my time away. I could not recommend her services enough and look forward to booking time with her again!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
