About: I have experience training two dogs of my own starting from when they were both puppies. I have grown up with dogs from the age of 7 and have seen dogs at all stages of life, from puppy to senior. I have cared for family and friends' dogs while they were out of town or at work. I work from home full time and work East Coast hours so the afternoon and evenings are typically free for me. I have two dogs of my own that I care for daily as well. Our furry friends are family. If your dog needs extra attention, please provide detailed instructions and I would be happy to follow them. Otherwise, I will care for your pet as I would my own.

About: Proud dog mom, cat aunt, and all-around animal lover here excited to spend time walking, playing with, and loving your pets. I know how important it is to feel your fur baby is happy and cared for while you’re away, and I’d love to help with that. My partner and I adopted our pup at 8 weeks old about 4 years ago, so I totally get those wild puppy days (and sharp little teeth!). I’ve also watched friends dogs and spent weeks at a time cat sitting for my sister over the years and loving getting to learn their little personalities and form bonds with them. I’d love to get to know your pet and make sure they feel safe, loved, and totally spoiled while we’re together. I’m just getting started here and would be happy to learn about your pet’s needs and can be flexible with scheduling as needed. I am not currently working and can adjust to your pets schedule as needed. Trust and safety are my top priority wherever I am! My place has a fenced in yard, but my dog can be reactive and is not cat friendly. If you’d like to have your dog stay with me, I’d prefer to do a slow introduction with them before a long stay. When I’m at your place, I will care for it as my own. Before our first walk, I’d love to learn as much about your pet’s needs as possible to ensure I’m providing the best care while you’re away!

About: I love all animals! I have two Persian cats myself named Tofu and Honey, and prior to my current cats I had another cat for several years. I have lots of experience taking care of cats since I have owned 3 total. Additionally, I had a dog growing up as well prior to owning cats so I have experience with dogs too. I love pets so much and meeting new furry friends! I’d love to drop in to feed your pets or walk your dog. I’m currently a university student working part time, so on the select days in my availability I have free time in my schedule. On those specific days I have time to drop in and play with/feed your pets or walk your dog. In my own household, I ensure my cats are safe and happy in many different ways. I make sure that there isn’t any random food, scraps, or hairballs lying around by vacuuming a lot, since those can cause upset stomachs. I also make sure my cats eat a balanced diet. I clean my cats eyes and brush their fur daily (since my cats are long haired). I also brush their teeth and clean their ears at least once a week to maintain hygiene. I also make sure they have scratchers everywhere so they don’t claw my things and that they have something to scratch. I try to play with my cats at least once a day with toys but since my cats are adults they like to sleep more often. I give treats here and there after grooming time. In terms of safety or danger precautions I treat my home as if there are babies and I need to make sure everything is in order to prevent accidents.

“Charlene is absolutely wonderful with our dog! She’s our go-to for walks three days a week and has been incredibly reliable and attentive. She communicates clearly, always gives thoughtful updates, and I can tell she genuinely cares. I always feel confident that our dog is safe and well taken care of when he’s with her. Highly recommend!”

About: We’ve had pets all our lives. Currently, we have two cats. Ray wfh, so there is usually always someone home. We’ve watched bunnies, cats, and dogs for friends/family including giving medication. We have had no aggression from our pets with the pets we’ve watched. We also have a second room(atm being used as an office/guest room), so if you want your pet separate from ours pets, that is something we can accommodate. For dogs during boarding, our household prefers dogs that tend to ignore our cats. Also, we have a preference for senior dogs since they tend to be low energy and do not require long walks(over 15 min) to use the restroom. For cats, we have experience with all kinds of energy and ages. If you have a cat with a lot of energy, our Taro girl has shown that she loves playing all the energetic kitties and helps them come out of their shell. However, both our cats can adapt to senior kitties as they both love to lounge. One of us wfh and the other wfh once a week, so we can have someone always home. We are both able to adjust our schedules when we are taking care of other people’s pets such as walks. For friends/family whose pets we’ve watched: we ask for a clear schedule such as when to walk and feed and follow it. We’ve also recently watched a senior dog who needed to be walked more often and given medication. For all pets, we’ve given them some space, especially from our pets and seen if they can interact or not depending on what their owners want. We also try to incorporate playtime if they want that.

About: I am new to Rover but have spent five years with three dogs. The most handsome one was a Siberian Husky who passed away at 12. The cool guy is a Shiba Inu who spent two years with me before returning to China. Peanut, the youngest, is a Wire Fox Terrier, and my girlfriend and I welcomed him into our home when he was three months old. He is one and a half years old now. In terms of animal training, I believe in positive reinforcement. **Daytime** I have a fenced yard where your dog can play all the time. I can walk your dog around our neighborhood thrice daily, at around 8 am, 12 pm, and 5 pm. 15 ~ 20 minutes each time. If your dog likes tug-of-war or fetch, you can have a 10—to 20-minute play session with it. Depending on the weather, this can be either indoors or outdoors. **Nighttime** During the night, your dog will stay indoors with us. Feel free to bring your bed. **Meals** 2~3 meals a day based on your dog's diet. We know some dogs have their favorite food, so please bring your meal and treat. **Environment** Fenced backyard. **Safety** Most importantly, we must ensure those two little guys get along. Peanut is very friendly and playful. He is ensured and vaccinated.

“Brian came in to do a meet and greet with Kiara, and immediately bonded with her. He took her for a long walk. After which our dog returned feeling content, happy and fully tired. Definitely recommend Brian for his responsiveness and good care.”

About: Since I was young, I have always loved dogs and cats. My Dad always referred to our house as Noah’s Ark because we always had so many animals. I received this love for animals from my mother. She had a gift for raising animals for very long periods of time and loved them like they were her children. She called them her fur babies and I have since followed in her foot steps. I love dogs that play fetch and cats, along with their attitude and personality. We spend time walking, playing with and laying around with our family dogs - we have three! Fury is our Chihuahua who loves to sleep all day and cuddle. Bo, our Rottie mix who enjoys walks and playing with other dogs. And our playful pup Gus, who loves to eat! Our sons also love dogs and enjoy having guest dogs around! We love animals and will treat yours as we do ours, as part of the family. My wife works from home and has time to care for and play with your fur babies! She will feed them, take them for walks and gives your dog(s) free reign of the house and yard. I have a locked and fenced atrium and backyard … and three wonderful dogs to keep them company! When it’s warm, the back slider is left open for the dogs to freely go in and out as they please. There is plenty of room for them to run around out back, front and side. They sleep whenever they’re most comfortable and can hang out on the couch or wherever they chose. As mentioned earlier, they very quickly become a part of our extended family! Since I work from home, I have time to care for, and play with your pets! We can follow the same routine they have at home. We have a fenced atrium and backyard as well as three active dogs to keep your fur babies busy! They have free reign of the home and can play or rest where they’re most comfortable!

We are so grateful for how she helped Duckie settle in and enjoy playing with other doggy friends. Alicia's daily photo updates were a joy to receive, and her clear communication, especially regarding any adjustments to Duckie's eating, gave us complete peace of mind. We wouldn't hesitate to have her care for Duckie again.”

Sara & Raymond K.
“I’ve had Sara take care for 2 of my dogs when I had to go on trips. She would go above and beyond when taking care of my dogs. One of my dogs has a heart condition and needs to take oral medication twice a day. My dog wasn’t eating his meal, so she tried different ways to get my dog to take his medication. She also went out of her way to buy my dog more food when she was close to running out without us even asking. I fully trust and love letting Sara take care of my dogs.”

Kaila Camille S.
“She really has a way with dogs! My dog fell in love with her after she watched her for a day. I love whenever she stops by to visit because she's like a best friend to my dog. They just get along so well!”

Jill B.
“Jill has been walking my two elderly dogs for quite a while now. Before she started walking them, they were lethargic and didn’t have much energy. After a few trips the dogs have more energy, and seem to be excited for her to come over. During all them times she’s walked them there have been no issues and both dogs returned home safe and happy.”

Jennifer M.
“Jenny has cared for her own three cats for over 20 years and she has helped to care for her friend's cats and dogs since high school. It's one of her favorite things to do and her love for pets really shows. We all trust her to take loving care of our fury friends.”

“Jane is my girlfriend, and we have two super cute corgis who are basically our kids. She loves dogs so much — like, very very very much. Being around dogs makes her genuinely happy, and you can totally tell the dogs feel the same way. She’s always laughing, playing with them, and turning even a simple walk into a fun little adventure. Jane is super caring, always on top of things, and just really great to be around — for both people and pups. Anyone’s dog would be lucky to spend time with her!”

Katelyn has been an amazing dog walker. She communicates every detail including routes, pees, poops. I really appreciate her thoroughness and transparency. Our dog took to her immediately and hasn’t had issues transitioning to walks with Katelyn. She lets him take the lead and makes sure he gets a good 30 minute walk. We appreciate her!

We had a pleasant experience with Jakelyn. Outstanding dog walker! Always goes the extra mile to make sure your pet is happy and well cared for! Very knowledgeable, reliable and conscientious. Would definitely highly recommend her and will continue to use her services.
