About: Hi! My name is Brooke, and I have a lifelong love for animals. I grew up caring for both dogs and cats and currently have two rescued German Shepherds of my own. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities, from playful kittens and puppies to senior pets who need a little extra patience and care. I understand that every pet is unique, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone keep them company, I’ll do my best to follow their routine and give them the care they deserve. I have experience caring for large dogs, reactive dogs, senior pets, and cats with different personalities and needs. I am also comfortable giving oral medications and injections/shots when needed, following your pet’s care instructions carefully. I offer dog walking and drop-in visits for both dogs and cats. During visits, I can provide fresh water, meals, potty breaks, playtime, medication administration, and plenty of love and attention. I recently graduated high school and will be attending college locally at SMCC, where I will be studying Early Childhood Education. Since I will be commuting, I have availability throughout the week for drop-in visits and walks. Outside of school, I spend most of my time caring for my two German Shepherds, spending time with my two sisters, and enjoying walks by the water. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I love being active and spending time outdoors. I do my best to accommodate each pet owner’s schedule and will always communicate clearly about my availability. I prioritize creating a safe, comfortable, and trusted environment for every pet in my care. Whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or taking them out for a walk, I take the time to learn their routine, understand their needs, and build trust at their own pace. For dog owners: I am confident handling both large and small dogs, including those who may be reactive or require extra leash awareness. For cat owners: I offer drop-in visits for a time frame we discuss beforehand and will make sure your cat’s daily needs are met. About: I've been caring for animals since I was young, pet-sitting for our neighbors. I have experience with all sorts of breeds of dogs of all ages and cats. I have experience with feeding, walking, training, and bathing dogs. I am currently working full-time throughout the weekdays. I would be available for daytime care on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I am available throughout the week days after 5 pm. I can take your dogs out for walks around town, the dog park, or your neighborhood. If transporting in the car I have multiple ways to make sure they are safe including harnessing them, crating them, etc. I am also able to bathe the dog if desired.

About: I have been around animals my entire life. I have worked with all kinds of sizes, temperaments, and personalities. I currently volunteer with the ARLGP, and love the skills I learn every day from the dogs and other animals there. Whether your dog is the easiest to walk, or needs some special attention (and strength!), I am here to help! Your pets may come back with better manners than when they left :) I am a business owner, and am often home at my property in Topsham enjoying the sunshine or local trails with them. Despite my own travel, my schedule is incredibly open and flexible! We have a small portion of our yard that has a light fence, we usually just walk the dogs or take them to the nearby dog park. Our little guy is an ex-escape artist, so we are always double checking, paying attention, and increasing security on walks / outings! Safety is a huge priority!

About: I have grown up with animals in my entire family, always having to take care of them and take them on road trips with me so I have plenty of good experience! I’m currently a college student playing basketball in southern maine but don’t worry I still have plenty of time to take care of your pets!! About: I grew up having cats, dogs, and up to 14 rabbits at a time. I found a passion for caring for animals about eight years ago when I attended school to get my certification in Veterinary Assisting. During my time in school, I took an internship at my local animal shelter. I assisted in surgery, provided medical care, administered vaccinations, fed, and cleaned over 50 animals a day; I had my hands on every single animal that came through the shelter. Once my internship was over, they asked me to stay as an Isolation Technician and Veterinary assistant. I was employed there for a little over two years. After my time at the shelter, I worked as a Kennel Technician at a private practice that was much more laid back and routine. I would provide care for 1 dog to up to 60 at a time. These dogs ranged from many different breeds and temperaments. I worked there for a little under 4 years. Now, Unfortunately, I no longer work with animals, so I get my puppy fix by taking care of other people's pets. I cannot imagine my life without caring for animals or having them in my life. In my downtime, I will foster for the animal shelter I was once employed at. I will take feral/ nervous cats, bottle baby kittens, or sick animals whom I nurse back to health. I truly hope you can find comfort that your fur baby will be treated as one of my own. If you could ask one of my 5 cats, they'd gloat about how spoiled they are. Not only do I want your pet's visit to go well, but I also want their humans to remain stress-free and feel comfortable leaving their pets with me. I always stress to ask me anything you'd like and "bug" me as frequently as needed. I have recently started a Facebook page which you can check out! It's called N.R Pet Sitting, feel free to give me a like! I wanted to start this so my clients on Rover and off of Rover can get to know me better along with see what we've been up to (animal-wise). As of now, I am a stay-at-home mom. We recently added a little boy to our family back in December. Due to this, I will be able to constantly supervise your pet and provide them with care throughout the day. I can bring your pet out for potty breaks or walks as frequently as needed. I do not have a fenced-in yard, so I will need a leash and a collar/harness to walk them. We have a couple of big fields in our neighborhood that I like to bring the dogs down to and let them roam on my 40-foot leash. I have some dog toys at home in case they want to play. I clean these after each visit/use. Given my background, you can trust that I know how to act during an emergency, (let's hope this never happens). I would like to have the contact information of their vet. In case of an emergency, there are two emergency clinics in Maine, both about 30-45 minutes away. My overall goal is to provide your dog with a routine similar to what they are used to at home. I want to ensure your pup is not stressed and feels comfortable around me and my family.

About: I’ve always been around dogs and got my own dog 8 years ago. I have have always taken care of dogs in my neighborhood for long amount of time or for even just to feed or let out. I have a full time job Monday thru Thursday but I’m free on the weekends. I’m most likely will not be available for major holidays . I live in a new apartment building that has a small dog park. I usually take my dog on hikes or walks around the neighborhood.

About: Thanks for checking out my page! I started doing Rover last fall to help make ends meet as a stay at home mom. It's been a fulfilling opportunity to be there for families when something comes up and their pets need a safe place to stay. Now that my kids are starting school, I'm extending my services to add dog walking and drop in visits Monday through Friday. I have insurance for all of my services. Ranch style house with no stairs and a small back porch with a yard that is NOT fenced in. We have a 25ft vinyl covered tie out cable that reaches most of the backyard so dogs can wander around in the sun, or the shade under the maple trees. There is a spare bedroom for any pets that prefer a quiet place
