About: I am ... (potentially-to-an-unhealthy-degree) *obsessed* with animals. Growing up, I was the little girl nagging her dad to get her kittens or crying to my mom about wanting a puppy, and y'know what? It worked ;) Ever since I was a little girl, we've never been a house without an animal: cats, dogs, birds, fish, hamsters ... you name it, I was listening to my maternal instincts to care for cute, lil' fluffy things and I was in my priiimeee because of it!! As I've gotten older, I've fallen in love with the process of working with animals to ease their anxieties or past traumas, training my dogs to have routine and rules that help them become more confident and secure in themselves, and genuinely just love cuddling, loving up on any animal that comes my way — because they deserve it. Experience with rescues, foster dogs, puppies, elderly dogs. I run my own business and work 100% from home (with the occasional work meeting outside of the house.) I'm looking for a little part-time work that's fulfilling and will give my dog some friends to hang and play with during the day, so — I have plenty of time to love up on your pets while you're busy doing what *you* need to do :) Pets in my house are allowed on furniture, on the couches, etc. We have an awesome backyard that our dogs love playing in, swimming in the pool, chasing squirrels or the occasional lizard ... you know. Highly important dog business and responsibilities to tend to. If you're wanting help in your home, I'm happy to abide by any rules you have for pets but, my general rule in my place is to find ways for them to feel comfortable and capable of feeling at ease with us!

About: I have lots of experience working with animals, including time working at an animal hospital during high school, where I learned to care for pets of all kinds. I’m familiar with administering medications and meeting the unique needs of different animals. About: I have always been an animal lover, growing up in the countryside with an array of horses, goats, dogs and cats. I currently have two labradors (one is an *Angel* and can calm even the most nervous Nellies, and the other just wants you to throw the dang ball!). I have a large fenced in area and wooded trails for curious noses:) For sure you can expect your pup will be treated as one of our own with snuggles and comfy places to sleep. Also, my house is very close to several nature preserves; I am an avid hiker, so (if appropriate) longer stays will get field trips! I have help from a trusty teen and am working on a couple projects that allow me incredible flexibility in my schedule. I am really excited to host your furry family members! I am currently at home full-time. Multiple fetch sessions and walks throughout the day are the norm. Walks are either on-site, or at a near by field/preserve. I have two very friendly dogs who would love some company! They sleep wherever -- I do have a twin sized day bed in my room that they sometimes like, but a nervous boarder would be welcome to it:)

About: I grew up dogs from the time I was little- labs, retrievers, shepherds- and had a special needs rescue dog with my partner for many years who lived to be fifteen. When she passed, my partner and I started boarding and house sitting regularly and have built up a pretty cute little pack. I am comfortable giving oral medication and upholding your dog’s schedule, house rules, and love to take field trips whenever possible. My favorite is when a dog can come with me everywhere, so smaller senior pups have become my specialty, but I can’t help but love all the dogs who come along. As a videographer and Maine youth basketball coach I have a lot of flexibility in my work schedule and spend a lot of time working from home editing videos. I’m fairly active, always happy to take breaks from work to walk around the neighborhood or find a pet-friendly beach to run around on. I’m in an apartment very close to Deering Oaks Park and the Western Prom. The apartment is a compact second story walk up and has been carefully maintained to keep it safe for curious noses.
