About: I have been working with Dogs since I was young! I am comfortable with big dogs, small dogs, older dogs, and puppies! I am happy to feed them, walk them, give them oral medicine and love on them! I love doing brain games and fun trick training for mental stimulation! I’ll be your pets next best friend! About: I’ve been around all types of animals my whole life, constantly observing their care and learning to understand their needs over time. From dogs and cats to small pets and farm animals, I’ve spent a generous amount of time in their environment, watching how they’re fed, handled, and cared for. About: I’ve been raised around pets for my entire life! My dad is a vet, so animal care is in my blood. I try to create a bond with the pets I care for so I can meet their individual needs. I’m comfortable handling dogs and cats with a wide variety of needs (behavioral, medical, etc) and gets lots of experience doing so while volunteering at the humane society and raising my own pup and kitty. I’m happy to work with you on any specific goals — training, socialization, easing your pets anxiety while you’re gone — and will do my best to care for your pet the same way you would. I have some homestead and farm experience - horses, chickens, goats, gardens, and am willing to learn other livestock care as well. I also have also had experience caring for reptilian pets in the past and am open to snakes, birds, lizards, rodents, fish, you name it. I currently am nearly full time pet sitting and also work very part time as a co-manager of a coworking and event space in Bath, Maine. On any given day I can be found taking dogs on adventures in the midcoast area peppered in with 2-4 hour shifts a couple days a week at the coworking space managing daily operations and helping host events. When pet sitting in your home for your animal(s) I am typically available to accommodate your pet’s normal schedule, to spend time with them, drop in throughout the day for visits, or bring them along with me on adventures with other dogs throughout the day. I prefer bookings where your pets can be left home unattended for 2-4 increments to accommodate my part time work schedule. (5 hours ultimate max including commute time depending on your location from Bath for when I work 4 hour work events). In your home I will follow your instructions and duplicate however you care for your pet & home with the utmost care & respect. You tell me! I love going on walks, hikes, beach or dog park adventures, playing ball, frisbee, doing doggie playdates or custom adventures. I am as adventurous or relaxed as your pet needs me to be. Does your dog loves a walk on the beach or a fun hike? I know a spot! Jump in, let’s go! But if they’d rather stay home, take short strolls, play in the yard, and snuggle that’s great too. 😊
