He showed me where they would be sleeping and informed me of their routine. While away he sent me frequent updates that helped calm my nerves. My 10 month old puppy is a bit wild with no training and when I returned she was a completely new dog. He took amazing care of them all the while giving my puppy some training tips. I am very happy as this was my first experience using rover. I highly recommend Chandler for boarding and I will be rebooking with only him for my next trip!”

“I cannot even begin to explain how wonderful Nikki was with our 14-year-old dog Panzer, during our 5 day vacation. She was beyond superb. She gave him medicine, cared for his back legs and hips, helped him up when necessary, and tried all sorts of foods with him because he was being finicky. She sent daily photos and updates and was just all around the most caring pet sitter ever. Sadly, about 2 weeks after we got back, Panzer had to be put down. His back legs almost completely gave out and our vet said it was time that we allowed him to go over the Rainbow Bridge. I am so glad that in the short time we were gone before he left us, that Nikki played a part and keeping him a happy and cared for pup. Thanks Nikki. Panzer loved you and we think you are wonderful too!”
