About: Hi! My name is Mia. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love my dogs; being able to love and take care of my three munchkins is one of my favorite parts of being alive. That being said, half of my heart will always be with animals. I grew up in an incredibly dog-loving family. We unfortunately never had any cats, but I have assuredly tried to change that; unsuccessfully :( From a very young age, I was constantly put in charge of keeping an eye on my dogs while my family was out or had company over. I realized I didn’t mind at all! I currently have three pups! My senior Lab mix, Oreo; a Cavapoo, named Charlie; and a Cockapoo, named Benny. I won't be shy to repeat how much love and joy these dogs give me every day. Since being the token dog-babysitter all my life, my family encouraged me to find a job at my local doggy daycare. I had always admired how much thought and detail they put into their business, and was excited for the opportunity to be surrounded by animals all day, MY DREAM! I ended up being very disappointed, however. It turns out my version of pet care didn’t exactly align with theirs. Since there are SO many animals in that facility, they did everything in a very one-size-fits-all manner. 4 walks a day, feeding, group playtime, next dog. In theory, that was an honorable system with that many dogs in one building. However, I had always wanted to go dog by dog, get to know them, sit in their kennel with them, and take my time. I wasn’t always able to do that due to the system already put in place. I realized each and every animal are so incredibly different and fluid in their own way. They require different things, have different habits, like things a certain way, and have different backgrounds and preferred environments. For example: my dog, Benny, was rescued from a foster family that takes in animals that are up for euthanization. We aren’t fully sure of what Benny’s life was like before that, but we know he was tossed around to households that didn’t treat him the best. This makes him the extremely reactive dog he is today. It is very frustrating to have a pet who attempts to bite every single stranger that he doesn’t know very well, but that makes it all the more worth it. To know that we are able to be that safe, loving family for him; To know that we are working on his anxiety towards new people in the most gentle way possible, like so many other families have failed to do. All of this to say I like to take my time with all puppies and have lots of experience with reactive/senior pets! I prefer to get to know them, adhere to their routine, likes and dislikes, and make sure my care is at the utmost quality as they’d like it. I have fortunately reclaimed my token-dog-babysitter title and have been able to take care of many of my friends’ and family's pets for weeks/days at a time, and would love to do the same with yours! Also PS: I do not require any pet sitters myself, so the “My Pets” tab is empty. All of my babies are in my “Photos” tab. I am currently a college student, so my schedule is pretty much limited to Friday-Sunday for long term care. Along with another part-time job. However, my schedule varies week to week, so if there is any point where you would need care during weekdays, I am completely open to coming up with a solid plan and schedule. I much prefer to go to the clients home, since my three pups don't exactly love the extra company. However, I am very meticulous with the way I treat other peoples spaces and animals, as I have mentioned before. I would not like anyone coming into my home, and not honoring it the way I see fit. I also have a very OCD system, where I ensure everything is clean and where it should be before I leave. Again, this is your home and your system, there is no reason it should be disrupted. All that being said, your pet is my #1 priority. After reading my "get to know me," I am sure you are very familiar with my method and how much time I like to take with animals. I also realize it would be really hard to explain my own dogs specific routine to anyone else, but I WANT YOU TO BE AS SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE! If they will only take medication every night with a certain flavor of pill pocket, or only can be hand-fed their breakfast/dinner; I want to know it all!

About: I’m a dog trainer and animal lover wanting to walk and watch dogs for my community. I professionally train dogs with years of hands on experience from training and walking neighbor’s, family’s, and friend’s dogs. I want to have genuine connections with my returning pups and help maintain peaceful downtime at home. I am familiar with different dog training tools and methods so when caring for your dog I can ensure your pup gets the same structure as they do with you. If supplied with a retractable leash or long line I would love to take your dog to play fetch, run, and explore at a nearby park, beach, or field. I love to tackle puppy behaviors with positive methods and offer tons of solutions to typical puppy shenanigans when dog sitting. Un-house broken, teething, and high energy pooches are welcome and wanted! Wednesday/Friday are my anytime service days! I offer pet sitting, walks, and check-ins all hours of the day. I train dogs privately weekends and Tuesday/Thursday. There are only morning/evening timed services on these days such as walks and check-ins. Mondays I do not offer morning services, but afternoon/evening times are good to go for walking, check- ins, and dog sitting. I want to love and dote on your dog as much as I do my own, showering them in attention and playtime while I’m with them. When walking a new dog I get a rundown of known behaviors, tools, or reactions to be aware of, and will ensure the current methods you use are understood and applied correctly. If there is no preferred method or procedure for walks, I’ll bring my bag of treats, toys and poop bags then off we go! When dog sitting or check-ins let me know your dogs preferred feeding schedules and daily routine so I can keep your dog steady along their regular path. If there’s any house rules I should know for your dog such as no pets on the furniture or in specific rooms I will ensure they’re followed.

About: I’ve taken care of all different types of dogs and different animals for as far back as I can remember as a little girl. I’ve always had a deep and intense love for furry friends. I’m currently available at all times for the time being because I am not employed as of right now. Last minutes are not an issue ! I don’t have a fence in my yard for the time being. I had an invisible one but my dog unfortunately passed away and we got it removed after. I currently don’t have any animals

About: I have been taking care of all types of animals, including training dogs since I was little. I have always seen myself working with animals and it has been a true joy! I previously worked at a pet boarding and doggy daycare facility for a of couple years, gaining even more experience before I started my own dog walking and pet sitting business, called Furry Care that has been very successful and running for several years now. I have experience with a variety of animals such as cats, dogs, hedgehogs and more. Any opportunity I have to care for more furry friends, I gladly take! I currently am booking drop in visits for dogs 3X a day for pet sitting and regular dog walking. I also offer overnight services at your own home for pet sitting and drop in visits for cats and other furry friends. All pets are taken care of in your own home with updates and pictures of your fur baby. Doors are locked back up after services and key location/code are strictly kept confidential.

About: Hi, I'm Christie! I've taken care of animals from a young age and currently have 2 family dogs that I care for often. Friends, coworkers, and neighbors have trusted me to look after their dogs/cats when they were away as well. I've always felt a special connection to animals and I would love to care for yours! Given the opportunity, I assure you your 4 legged family member will be treated like my own. I am currently working nights part time, beginning at 4 or 5 pm, 4 nights a week. Typically I work these hours on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights. I will take your dogs for however long a walk desired, bathe, feed and play with them. I have experience with medication administration, basic veterinary care, and handling animals with different personalities and needs. At home, I have my Aussie, Harley, plus a fully fenced one-acre yard perfect for safe play and exercise. I’m active, dependable, and excited to provide loving care! My yard is about a half acre fully fenced in, trails behind which I am able to take dogs on walks and a quiet private cul de sac for walks. I have a 5yr old Australian Shepherd who is very playful and always looking for friends , but is respectful of the boundaries of another dog if they do not like to play.

About: I have been taking care of dogs/animals since my family brought home our first dog, a rescue, named Tank. From Tank, we brought home Snowy (a white German Shepard). My parents instilled in me from a very young age that I would have to help take care of our pets to not only learn responsibility, but also to truly love our pets by showing how to take care of them and so much more. We also had a few cats when I was growing up that I loved so much even though I didn't think I was a car person LOL! I took our dogs for walks, helped give them baths, and fed them on their schedules. I also went with my father to training with our dogs to thoroughly learn demands and how to approach our pets at a young age. My grandmother was also a pet sitter and when I lived with her few a short time I assisted with the dogs she would have at her home whenever she needed my assistance-walking, feeding, and sometimes bathing. Now, my husband and I are the parents to the most crazy, adorable, and full of life goldendoodles, Roman & Tukker! They have changed my life in more ways than I can describe! They are literally our children, and know it! 😅Having your own pupper is something so indescribably special and rewarding. We have self-trained them with commands- sit, stay, paw, in the crate. About: I've had pets for the last 15 years. I'm an active dad who loves walks around town with my own dogs, I am more than happy to walk yours also. Our pets are up to date with vaccines and I keep clean water bowls daily. Feel free to reach out to me with your questions, I'll be happy to help. I am a stay home dad and I take pride in running my house accordingly. I'm an active runner and walk ours dogs often so they don't get anxious and i play fetch with them daily x3 at least. I have a schedule for feeding times to maintain appropriate weight goals for our pets. I have a fence backyard with space to play fetch so we don't have to find random parks on days that are too hot or too cold. However walks are a must for the dogs social development. Walk time vary depending on age, size and capability of the dog. I keep the AC or heat on according to the season.
