“Kim was wonderful with our Scouty! She sent lotsnof pictures, was able to tend to his medical needs, and kept him calm and happy while we were away. It was hard to leave him, as we know he gets anxious when we're away, but we had no worries once he was there. Wonderful experience! Thanks, Kim!”

“Paola and Sebastian are amazing. They always stood in contact with us and even sent many pictures and videos. Very organized and friendly as well. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Have to say, this was my first time using Rover and Rebecca immediately put us at ease. We have never boarded mishka at all before let alone needing to find a place for a month while I was in between homes. Rebecca made mishka apart of their family and the stress of him not with us was greatly softened. I would recommend her to anyone.”

“Bailey was very happy to stay and play with Georgia. Danielle was so friendly and welcoming, it was easy to know she would take good care of my pup. She also has an awesome big fenced in backyard for the doggies to run around and get their energy out. Thank you!”

“Kristen was one of the best sitters my pup has had. Her and her family took such good care of Mochi. Mochi had so much fun and felt at home. Kristen sent me many pictures and updates throughout the long weekend which I loved. She was flexible with changing the pickup time too. Highly recommend!”

“Carol watched our Hansel for 3 days/2 nights. We were impressed from our initial meet & greet at Carol's neat, organized home. Her demeanor and experience indicated that she would provide excellent care for our pet. We received daily updates including photos that all was well, and Hansel was being his usual sweet self. At pick-up we found our boy happy, and ready to go home - we are confident he had an excellent experience with Carol. We are happy to have Carol as a resource for our future pet sitting needs.”

“Corrine was great , she sent pictures every day of My dog . He always seemed happy with the other dogs she had there. Was an easy process and we will definitely use her again when we go to the shore !! First time we ever used Rover ! Thank you Corrine for taking great care of our pup !”

“From our first communication, Kristin was responsive and thoughtful. She offered a meet-and-greet and we took her up on it. Scout was at home immediately and I felt comfortable booking right away. We were gone for 8 days, which is a long time to leave your your little furry one. Kristin shared regular updates, often enough so that every time I thought about how she was doing, there was a picture of her face - safe and happy and well cared for. I highly recommend Kristin and would definitely ask for her help again if the whole family is traveling.”

“Patricia did a Great job caring for my Reese’s. He enjoyed his time there. Making friends with other dogs big and small. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommend”

“Christine was a great dog sitter for our two dogs Timon and Rafika. They got along well with her dog Piper and I could tell by the pictures they were comfortable and enjoyed their time playing, snuggling and sleeping in their normal comfortable spots. Thank you so much for taking care of our fur babies. Leslie and Rich”

“Jenn provided the best care for our recently adopted french bulldog, Dr. Pepper. She kept intouch with me all weekend and sent lots of pictures. He seemed to really enjoy his stay with Jenn and her family. I would highly recommend her and we will definitely be using her again in the future.”

Lincoln came home happy and well cared for. We’ll definitely book with Jouseline again!”

“My Leah is a wonderful dog but can become sad when we leave her. Joanna was amazing!!! She was very interactive with Leah the whole time she cared for her. Took her out on walks and played with her in her back yard. She also kept me updated the whole time. Sent pictures and updates. She really cared for Leah. I would give her more stars if I could. My best experience with a Rover sitter.”

“Alba was the absolute best! She took such good care of Rusty who can be very independent and particular. She provided funny and frequent updates and gave him a great vacation home. And I got some peace of mind!”

“We had a short window to take a family road trip. We decided to go for it at about 3pm on a Friday, and reached out to Kristin and Rafael. They responded and accepted within the hour! Rafael’s kind and calm demeanor, their lovely home, and the presence of other dogs gave us the piece of mind we needed to be on hour way by 6pm. Within minutes we received a picture of Rocky interacting with other dogs. They sent pics daily and responded to our messages within minutes.”

“Jaime did a great job taking care of our 2 adult cats. She updated us and sent pictures of them daily so we felt confident that they were well taken care of as it was outlet first time using someone other than family. She even came for a preview to meet the kitties and us. We would definitely use Jamie again in the future.”

“Theresa was amazing and will be using her again. We had some issues with other sitters coming to house and Theresa made our dog feel Comfortable and I could tell she really Loved her.”

“Jennifer took incredible care of my two-year-old cat, and I couldn’t be happier! This was my first time having someone outside of my family pet sit, so I was definitely nervous — but Jennifer instantly put me at ease. I left very specific instructions and shared my worries with her, and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She kept me updated after every visit with detailed reports and plenty of photos, which I truly appreciated. From her updates and the way my little guy looked in the pictures, I could tell he trusted her completely and felt safe and loved in her care. I’m so grateful I chose Jennifer and would book her again and again without hesitation. If you’re looking for someone reliable, caring, and attentive, I highly recommend her!”

“Brianna dropped in for my two cats while I was away! She arrived on time everyday and took great care of them! I loved receiving the pictures she took of them everyday and it’s clear that they enjoyed having her around :)”

“It was Kayla's first visit and we were extremely pleased at the level of care that she provided to our cats. Kayla went above and beyond what was expected, as one of our cats is very challenging. Kayla demonstrated a can-do attitude that we really appreciated.”

“Hannah is great with our pets, and also very responsive and pleasant. We don’t worry about the pets when we know Hannah is taking very good care of them while we are away.”

About: Hi! My name is Mia. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love my dogs; being able to love and take care of my three munchkins is one of my favorite parts of being alive. That being said, half of my heart will always be with animals. I grew up in an incredibly dog-loving family. We unfortunately never had any cats, but I have assuredly tried to change that; unsuccessfully :( From a very young age, I was constantly put in charge of keeping an eye on my dogs while my family was out or had company over. I realized I didn’t mind at all! I currently have three pups! My senior Lab mix, Oreo; a Cavapoo, named Charlie; and a Cockapoo, named Benny. I won't be shy to repeat how much love and joy these dogs give me every day. Since being the token dog-babysitter all my life, my family encouraged me to find a job at my local doggy daycare. I had always admired how much thought and detail they put into their business, and was excited for the opportunity to be surrounded by animals all day, MY DREAM! I ended up being very disappointed, however. It turns out my version of pet care didn’t exactly align with theirs. Since there are SO many animals in that facility, they did everything in a very one-size-fits-all manner. 4 walks a day, feeding, group playtime, next dog. In theory, that was an honorable system with that many dogs in one building. However, I had always wanted to go dog by dog, get to know them, sit in their kennel with them, and take my time. I wasn’t always able to do that due to the system already put in place. I realized each and every animal are so incredibly different and fluid in their own way. They require different things, have different habits, like things a certain way, and have different backgrounds and preferred environments. For example: my dog, Benny, was rescued from a foster family that takes in animals that are up for euthanization. We aren’t fully sure of what Benny’s life was like before that, but we know he was tossed around to households that didn’t treat him the best. This makes him the extremely reactive dog he is today. It is very frustrating to have a pet who attempts to bite every single stranger that he doesn’t know very well, but that makes it all the more worth it. To know that we are able to be that safe, loving family for him; To know that we are working on his anxiety towards new people in the most gentle way possible, like so many other families have failed to do. All of this to say I like to take my time with all puppies and have lots of experience with reactive/senior pets! I prefer to get to know them, adhere to their routine, likes and dislikes, and make sure my care is at the utmost quality as they’d like it. I have fortunately reclaimed my token-dog-babysitter title and have been able to take care of many of my friends’ and family's pets for weeks/days at a time, and would love to do the same with yours! Also PS: I do not require any pet sitters myself, so the “My Pets” tab is empty. All of my babies are in my “Photos” tab. I am currently a college student, so my schedule is pretty much limited to Friday-Sunday for long term care. Along with another part-time job. However, my schedule varies week to week, so if there is any point where you would need care during weekdays, I am completely open to coming up with a solid plan and schedule. I much prefer to go to the clients home, since my three pups don't exactly love the extra company. However, I am very meticulous with the way I treat other peoples spaces and animals, as I have mentioned before. I would not like anyone coming into my home, and not honoring it the way I see fit. I also have a very OCD system, where I ensure everything is clean and where it should be before I leave. Again, this is your home and your system, there is no reason it should be disrupted. All that being said, your pet is my #1 priority. After reading my "get to know me," I am sure you are very familiar with my method and how much time I like to take with animals. I also realize it would be really hard to explain my own dogs specific routine to anyone else, but I WANT YOU TO BE AS SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE! If they will only take medication every night with a certain flavor of pill pocket, or only can be hand-fed their breakfast/dinner; I want to know it all!

“Emily was WONDERFUL with our three dogs. She is responsible and a great communicator. She sent pictures from each visit. Our pups loved spending time with her. We’d definitely use her again.”

“Melissa did a wonderful job taking care of my cats. She was on time, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. I appreciated her friendly and calm demeanor. I felt confident my cats were in good hands the whole time. She was great!!”

“Lori has become BFF with my dog Lulu. I have always had a large enough family for Lulu to be watched by family. Reaching out to Rover and finding Lori has been miracle. We now think of Lori as part of the family.”

“Madelyn provided outstanding care for my 2 year-old pup. She took her on walks, made sure her water & food bowls were cleaned and refilled, and gave her a lot of love and attention in my absence. She is responsible and trustworthy and I highly recommend her.”

“Paula was honestly the best dog sitter we could have ever asked for. She is humble, kind, and was absolutely wonderful with Cappucino. She was very, VERY patient with him, through his stubbornness, active personality, and especially his barking. I couldn’t ask for any one better to care for my dog. Cappucino is stubborn and it isn’t easy to get him to trust you, especially if he barely knows you. But somehow, Paula managed to win him over! I was so happy when I found out they were starting to become friends. She send us updates, messages, and pictures throughout our entire stay, and is surprisingly quite a nice photographer! I recommend Paula to everyone, and would give her a 10/5 if I could. You won’t regret having her care for your pup!”

“Our pup, Winston really enjoyed his time with Kristen and her family. From the minute I dropped him off, he was totally comfortable. Their sweet dog, Bailey is a new found friend. They did a lot of playing and napping together:) We’ll definitely be reaching out to Kristen again when pup sitting is needed.”

“This was my first time using Rover. Rebecca took my dogs on short notice. She updated me throughout the visit and sent pictures. I felt very reassured my two dogs were in good hands the process was very smooth. I would definitely recommend Rebecca.”

About: I have been a dog/cat owner since I was two years old and there is no pet I do not love. I have owned German Shepherds, Australian Shepherds, Mixed breeds, a Papillion, a Great Dane as well as a Himalayan and an Orange Tabby cat. I am able to spend a lot of time with any age pet and treat them as if they’re my own. Being disabled I’m home a lot. I have a fenced in backyard where your dog would be free to run and play. I use a walker. My home has an elevator. Therefore, it is not a problem to let them out frequently. Just let me know what your dog loves and I will make sure they have the best time possible! I do not work. I am disabled. Therefore I’m home a whole lot, probably too much. This enables me to spend quality time with your pet. I have a fenced in backyard. I do not have any dogs or cats of my own. Therefore, I am able to devote all my time and attention to your loved one.
About: A true nature lover I love ALL living things! Yes spiders and snakes too. Especially those who can love back . I've rescued and cared for almost every species. Elder dogs and those with health issues. Medications, injections I'm able to deliver it all. My schedule used to revolve around one of my Yorkies 12 hour insulin schedule. I cooked his meals took him for long walks. He loved the water and we spent long hours at the beach. He recently passed at age 15. I'm now willing to share with other pups who need some care and stimulation. I have a large fenced yard and a pool which one of my dogs and another I sit for loves! My other 2 are couch potatoes and are content to lay in the shade although they do enjoy their walks. We exercise rain or shine
“So Far Christine is a JOY!! The first day we met and I picked Sahir up he didn’t want to leave!! That was a great feeling. He was like Velcro to her which tells me she cares for him like I would. She is very communicative and efficient and she loves them like we do. If I had to suggest a sitter for your baby she would be it hands down”

About: With hands-on experience from working at an animal shelter, I’ve cared for pets of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I’m active, strong, and trained in reading animal body language to ensure safe, patient care. I love providing enrichment and helping nervous pets feel calm and secure. As a devoted pet parent to one dog and two cats, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pets with someone else, and I care for every animal as if they were my own. I currently work from home, so my availability is wide open! I love having furry company during the day and can easily adjust my schedule around your pet’s needs. Morning, afternoon, or evening — I’m flexible and always happy to make time for extra belly rubs or walks. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make it a priority to learn every detail that matters — from quirks and favorite toys to the words and calls they respond to best. I ask plenty of questions upfront so I can follow their routine exactly, keeping them comfortable and stress-free. I respect each pet’s personality, whether that means lots of playtime, quiet companionship, or both. I also treat every home with the same care and respect as my own, and I provide regular updates so owners have peace of mind knowing their pets are happy and cared for.
“I had a wonderful experience with Nicole and her family caring for my grandpup, Tyson. From the moment I met them, I felt comfortable knowing our pet was in great hands. About: I've had my own dog for the past 9 years, and caring for them has taught me how important consistency, patience, and love are. Although I'm new to Rover, I'm excited to provide a safe, comfortable home for dogs during the workweek. I work from home Monday through Friday, which allows me to give plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles while following each owner's routine to help their dog feel happy and relaxed. I work from home Monday through Friday, so your dog will have plenty of supervision, companionship, and care throughout the day. I provide regular potty breaks, playtime, and exercise in my fenced yard while following your dog's normal routine as closely as possible. Whether your pup enjoys relaxing, playing, or just being near someone during the day, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a securely fenced yard and one friendly, fully vaccinated resident dog. I will introduce dogs slowly and always prioritize a calm, low-stress environment. If separation of the two dogs is important to you, I can also accommodate that request. I also have three children (ages 16, 10, and 4), who are in school for most of the day. While I'm working from home, visiting dogs stay with me in my home office so they're never without supervision. When my children return home, visiting dogs have the option of remaining with me in my office in a separate area from the rest of the household if they need a quieter space or if separation is the safest choice. I can provide either a crate-free stay or crate your dog if that's part of their normal routine. I'll always follow your care instructions, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and any special needs, so your dog feels safe, comfortable, and at home.

About: What sets me apart is my experience caring for pets at every stage of life. I’ve taken care of puppies who need patience, structure, and reinforcement of basic training, energetic adult dogs who thrive on activity and routine, and senior dogs who require a gentler pace, medication awareness, and extra attentiveness. I’m comfortable adapting to each pet’s specific needs, whether that means reinforcing potty training, maintaining feeding schedules, administering basic medications, or simply providing calm companionship. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine because I work fully remote from home and have flexibility in setting my schedule. This allows me to plan my day around walks, feedings, playtime, and any specific care needs your pet may have. I’m home throughout the day, so your pup won’t be left alone for long stretches and can receive consistent attention, bathroom breaks, and companionship. Because I structure my work independently, I can easily adjust my schedule to maintain your pet’s normal routine, whether that means early morning walks, midday play sessions, or evening wind-down time. It’s important to me that pets feel comfortable, engaged, and cared for, not just supervised.

I'm now willing to share with other pups who need some care and stimulation. I have a large fenced yard and a pool which one of my dogs and another I sit for loves! My other 2 are couch potatoes and are content to lay in the shade although they do enjoy their walks. We exercise rain or shine

“Bailey was very happy to stay and play with Georgia. Danielle was so friendly and welcoming, it was easy to know she would take good care of my pup. She also has an awesome big fenced in backyard for the doggies to run around and get their energy out. Thank you!”

“This was our 2nd booking with Tom, and it went as well as the first time! Tom sent daily updates with photos, and Rex did well in his home. We look forward to booking Tom in the future.”

About: I have cared for puppies, as well as adult dogs and aging dogs. I love them all and they all sense it when I meet them. I am retired, so I have a lot of time and a very flexible schedule. Also, I am up very early in the morning, and like getting an early start. I have a partially fenced yard, so would be more comfortable with your dog n a leash or inside the house if at my home.
“Nicolena was great! I highly recommend here! My dog has bad separation anxiety and she was amazing with Blaze! Kept me updated throughout his stay! She is very good with dogs and would recommend her and would absolutely leave Blaze with her again!”

“We will definitely rebook. The communication was great and the environment was perfect for our dogs. They were very accommodating and our dogs didn't even want to come home. I definitely recommend booking with this family.”
