About: Growing up fostering rescue dogs from 11 hour rescue taught me patience, responsibility, and how to care for dogs with different personalities, needs, and backgrounds. I work full-time and work from home on Fridays, so I’m very flexible and available Friday through Sunday. I’d love to spend that extra time caring for your pup! I treat every pet like family, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for. I follow their routines closely, give them plenty of attention and exercise, and always respect each pet’s individual needs.

About: Growing up in an animal loving home, I have had the responsibility of taking care of dogs, cats, fish, hermit crabs, birds, turtles, mice, Guinea pigs, and an iguana. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, brush, clean, bathe, and play with their animals. I treat them as if they were my own and as if they were human. I currently work Monday to Friday 8-4:30pm and I am home on weekends. I am able to walk, feed, play, and follow potty schedules as you do in your home after work, on the weekends, or in my home for boarding. I do have owners who are ok with their dogs being in my home while I am at work but it is all about whatever you feel comfortable with! I have a fenced in yard with three house trained, dog friendly doggos. They get a walk everyday and let out as much as they need. My husband and I love to go in the backyard with them and run around or take them on adventures in the car. My dogs do sleep in our room, either in their beds or on our bed, whatever they prefer and that is the same option I will always give your dog. I can crate if needed/requested. Wally and Reed are fed three small meals a day, once in the morning, afternoon, and evening, but I know not everyone’s food schedule is this way. All feedings are separated from your dogs. My older dog has allergies and is given allergy medication daily as well as ear drops which makes me capable of following a medication routine. We also have a Furbo indoor camera that has all eyes on the dogs at all times and baby gates to separate large areas of our home just incase anything were to ever happen. There are times where I will be sitting other dogs as well as yours. All dogs are slowly introduced on leash in the backyard in a safe environment. I allow the dogs to take the time they need to settle in and get a feel and sense of smell of their surroundings. If an owner feels as though the stay will not work out, I am completely understanding. I would never want an owner or dog to ever feel uncomfortable in my home. If you are unsure of your dogs feelings toward other dogs, especially males, I always recommend a meet and greet in advance. I have never cared for a special needs animal, but I have taken care of very sick animals and making sure they are comfortable and accommodated for. If you have a special needs dog and are considering me, I would make all the accommodations necessary to make your pet feel right at home and comfortable.

About: Hi, I'm Christie! I've taken care of animals from a young age and currently have 2 family dogs that I care for often. Friends, coworkers, and neighbors have trusted me to look after their dogs/cats when they were away as well. I've always felt a special connection to animals and I would love to care for yours! Given the opportunity, I assure you your 4 legged family member will be treated like my own. I am currently working nights part time, beginning at 4 or 5 pm, 4 nights a week. Typically I work these hours on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights. I will take your dogs for however long a walk desired, bathe, feed and play with them. About: I have been pet sitting since I was a child. I grew up taking care of my family and friends’ dogs and have always loved all animals. I adore playing with cats and dogs, going on walks, feeding and being responsible for any other care. Over the last few years I have gathered clients on LBI that I have pet sat for both in their home as well as in my own home. Recently I have had the honor of caring for my aunt and uncles elderly dog that required extra care and attention. I currently have a cat of my own whom I love dearly. I am typically available throughout the day, especially mornings and evenings, to care for any animals.
