“Vanessa did a terrific job caring for Zorro. I really appreciated that she wanted to drill down on the specifics of Zorro’s needs prior to my dropping Zorro off. She sent photos and videos every day and was extremely accommodating and communicative about drop off/pick up times. Zorro sometimes is afraid to go down wood stairs (she slipped on our stairs awhile back so we immediately put on carpet attachments for our stairs, but she’s still timid) and Vanessa asked how I sometimes carry her and she scooped Zorro right up and safely brought her down her 4 wood stairs to access the very large fenced backyard. Vanessa and her family gave Zorro a lot of love and attention and I wouldn’t hesitate to leave Zorro with her in the future.”
