We have years of hands-on experience with our own 3 dogs and 2 cats and are comfortable with different personalities, energy levels, routines, and needs. We have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor play, and plenty of space to separate pets when needed for meals, sleep, quiet time, or slow introductions. We’ll follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including any special instructions. Whether they love to play, lounge, or cuddle, our goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and at home. We’re also happy to send photos and updates, so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy, and getting lots of love while you’re away. 🐾 Pet care is already a big part of our everyday routine! We’re currently home full-time with a very open schedule (with preference for drop-off/pick-up from 2-7pm), and my wife and I share in caring for our own pets and our guests. This allows us to offer 24/7 availability and plenty of attention throughout the day. We have a fully fenced yard with plenty of room for safe outdoor play and access to additional adjoining private property for supervised adventures. Inside, pets are welcome to relax, play, and make themselves at home. We can also separate pets or provide a private space when needed for meals, sleeping, decompression, slow introductions, or pets who simply prefer their own space. Crates are recommended if your pet is crate-trained and comfortable using one. If they are groomed before (which we can add on to their stay), then they can even have bedtime with us and all our pets! Our home is regularly cleaned, and we take introductions seriously so everyone can be comfortable together. We’ll follow your pet’s normal routine and any care instructions you provide to make their stay as safe, comfortable, and stress-free as possible.

My last two dogs lived to 17 years old so I'm very familiar with the needs of elderly dogs and my current dog (4 years old) we got as a puppy. Anything you need I can handle with love and confidence. About my house! -I have three dogs (golden retriever, mini Aussie, Dalmatian ) - i work nights, my partner does swing shift. I can provide a few potty breaks when we’re both at work but our schedules work out well where your pet would only be left alone for about 7 hours while we’re both working. I only work a few days a week. I would prefer to watch animals on my off days since I work 12 hour shifts. If you need me to watch your pet for an extended stay and I’m working a few of the days, that will be fine with me as long as they don’t potty in the house. I work 12 hour shifts but live 7 minutes away from work and can come home for potty breaks! I have a fenced in yard, my two dogs have a good routine. Miley the Aussie is pretty chill but likes to play occasionally, maple the golden LOVES to play! I would take your dogs on walks also as long as they are decent on a leash! I also have lots of Kong type toys to stimulate their minds with a bit of peanut butter or wet food. I care about animals a lot and they will be safe with me.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
