We contacted Sarah via Rover only a few days before our trip, she came out the following day for a meet and greet. We liked Sarah from the minute we met her, the dogs did as well! Communication was great. We loved the pictures Sarah sent us. Sarah even went so far as to research and replace the batteries in our keypad entry system which started flashing after we left.
