About: I have been taking care of dogs for 2 years now, starting with helping out with my family. But now I have been pet sitting for friends and family, and around 9 months ago I started working at a dog daycare, helping them out there! As a current nursing student, I am willing to work on a schedule that works for you and your pup! I am able to help anytime before or after my classes, and even in between! About: I have been around animals my entire life. I've been involved in the training of 5 puppies, and have a lot of experience caring for larger breeds, particularly active and playful doggos. I have a cat of my own whom I love dearly, and love to make new furry friends. My past experience includes volunteering at a local boarding kennel, caring for senior dogs and administering medication, taking active pups on fun activities like swimming or hiking, and being a live in sitter during week-long getaways. Whether you need someone to stop in and check on your pup or someone to give your companion love and affection while you're away, I'm happy to help! I currently am taking one summer class and am working part-time jobs, so I have time particularly during the morning/midday and on weekends free to take care of your pets. I have three cats back at home and experience watching small dogs, so I’m very comfortable caring for pets and making sure they’re happy and safe. About: I grew up on a farm with horses, pigs, sheep, cows, a dog and a cat. I particpated at a young age taking care of them (feeding, brushing, removing manure). Throughout my life I have had personal pets as well as helped care for pets of family and friends. I currently work full-time remotely M-F 8:00am-5:00pm. I also have a 9 year old son. I am typically available weekday evenings after work and weekends. I have a runner that extends from the side entrance of my house to my detached garage with a partially fenced backyard. I live in a safe neighborhood and have great neighbors. Three of my neighbors on my street work for the police department.

About: Hello! I love all pets (furry, feathered and scaled) and have extensive experience providing animal care. Growing up we had fish, dogs, turtles, snakes, guinea pigs and a cat. My mother also made sure we gave back to our community volunteering at animal shelters where I helped post-op kittens and puppies heal in comfort. Currently I am the number one pet sitter all of my friends call when they leave town and was told that if I was smart, I would sign up for Rover to expand my care network. I am currently working on a PhD in Biomedical Science and make my own schedule. With notice I can fit potty walks into my daily routine, evening check ins or even overnight visits to care for your furry friends. When it comes to animals I try my best to work with compassion, patience and lots of love. I just recently adopted a new fur baby named Grim from the Pixel fund, a non-profit organization that rescues animals from kill shelters. I have him harness trained so we can read and play outside!

About: I have cared for the dogs and cats of family members, friends and coworkers when needed, for years. I personally have a dog and cat. My dog is a sweet boy but he is reactive to other dogs. Before him I had never worked with/known a dog that has reactive tendencies. I have learned a lot over the last 7-8 years about reactivity, especially dogs being reactive towards other dogs. I have cared for as many as three dogs and three cats at a time including puppies and senior dogs. I currently work full time but have developed a good schedule for when I do check in/drop ins for those I pet sit for. If someone is out of town and leaving their pets at home for a check in/drop-in schedule I would typically drop in, in the morning before work, around lunch time, around dinner time and again before bed if the owner requests. I have recently cared for three dogs and a cat for almost two weeks for a coworker and this schedule worked well. I will adhere to any instructions that a pet owner provides. I will make sure that the animals are well cared for and report any concerns I may have for the pets while caring for them. Whether it is a drop in to let a dog out to go to the bathroom at lunch time, walking a dog, feeding the pets, etc.

Happy to have them stay in our dog-friendly home overnight, or come to your home to keep them comfortable while you are away. I can administer oral medications as well as lift and carry dogs up to 50 pounds. With every client I try to go above and beyond during the stay. As a fellow pet owner, I know that your pets are like family, so while they're in my care I'll treat them the same and make sure they are loved and cared for to the best of my ability. Also, because this is my full-time job, I am very flexible with drop-off/pick-up times and understand that they're often more of an estimate. I've taken dogs in as late as midnight, and have had them picked up at similar times. I try to work with the owner's schedule as best as I can, as long as I'm available. **I accept last minute requests, especially in cases of emergencies, as long as I'm available. I live in a very safe neighborhood, however my yard is not fenced, so any dogs will need to come with a leash and collar or harness. I have experience walking large breeds and am okay with some tugging. As I do live in an apartment building, and my apartment is on the second story, there are stairs going up to my apartment. With small to medium breeds, if your dog doesn't mind being picked up, I have no problem carrying them up and down the stairs during their stay. Your pet will be safe in my care, as I have the time to keep my eyes on them and make sure they're both happy and healthy during their stay with me. I will be able to follow the feeding schedule/routine that is given to me for the pet and I will never ever give any pet food (outside of what's packed for them) or treats without explicit permission from the owner first unless prior permission is given (such as treats being packed for the pet in my care).
