About: With over 13 years of hands-on pet care experience, I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and comfortable environment for all pets. I’ve had the honor of working with a variety of animals, from cats and dogs to a multitude of farm animals and even some small exotic pets like birds and ferrets. Whether it’s managing a high-energy puppy, caring for senior dogs with special needs, or providing gentle support to shy or anxious pets, I feel confident and well-equipped to handle each unique situation. I’m also happy to accommodate any special requests you may have, including training, administering medication, and behavioral support. My schedule is quite flexible, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time to caring for your pets. I work part-time at a farm on Tuesday evenings for a handful of hours. I’m also a student with mostly online classes, so I can manage my coursework remotely, giving me a lot of freedom to adapt to your pet’s needs. I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for your beloved animals, whether they’re staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home. I take a calm and structured approach to pet care, helping to create routines that put pets at ease. I prioritize their well-being, stay attentive to their health, and respect each pet’s unique personality and needs. From daily walks to feeding routines, playtime, or cuddles, I’m here to ensure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved whenever you’re away.
7. Erika L.
About: I am currently a senior at the University of Maine studying animal sciences on the pre vet track. I have had animals my whole life but since I have gotten here I have began to work with other animals such as cows and horses. I have also recently begun walking a senior dog this summer. I currently have a job working at a farm. However the job allows me to have a pretty flexible schedule that allows me to take care of animals outside of the farm. I also take care of a family’s horses and someone’s dog. For my clients I feed their animals and let them out on a walk. For the horses I feed them, clean there stalls and let them out to run around.
8. Remi G.
“Remi is absolutely amazing! She has pet sat for me multiple times and I feel extremely comfortable leaving my cats in her care. You can really tell that she has a deep love for animals!”
9. Josie H.
About: I have cared for a multitude of different animals my whole life since I grew up on a farm. I have lots of experience in sitting, walking, and bathing dogs. I love animals and would love to look after yours! I’m currently working part time, so my availability ranges by the week. I will always be communicative and responsive to be as reliable as possible. I have two friendly dogs and a large field. I like to put them on a long leash so they can run, and practice recall with treats. I’m very good with dogs on and off leash.
10. Daisy H.
“Daisy was awesome at communicating and took some really cute photos of my littles :)”
11. Ellianna R.
“We have an anxious, slow-to-warm-up-to-you dog, and Ellianna was great with him. She took the time and had the patience to win him over. Communication was prompt and her report was thorough. We have already booked her for another stay!”
12. Amber J.
“Amber was the first person I have ever used through Rover and I was impressed. She was very compliant to my requests and extremely helpful. She took good care of my cat in my absence, which wasn’t exactly easy considering how shy Cleo can be with strangers. But from Amber’s updates it was evident that she really tried to bond with her and gained her trust towards the end of the week. Highly recommend.”
13. Isaiah A.
“Isaiah is a very caring and dog loving person. I have firsthand experience watching Isaiah interact with animals of all kind and he handles all animals with care. He himself has two dogs and they are both very well trained and very well taken care of. Having someone like isaiah taking care of your animals is like asking your best friend to watch them. You know he will treat them with care as if they were his own.”
14. Allie C.
“Allie was absolutely amazing. This was my first time leaving my 2 fur babes for a week and she kept me up-to-date, sent pictures, and was readily available anytime I wanted to check in. My dogs absolutely loved her and I know they will miss seeing her. She made my first Rover experience a smooth and easy one and I will definitely be booking Allie's services again!”
15. Kate B.
“I HIGHLY recommend Kate as your dog walker/sitter. She took care of my Grady when I was working a crazy amount of hours. She went into my home and would pick him up, walk him, and watch him at her home and safely bring him back. Grady grew to love her very much. I would trust her with my fur baby time and time again. She’s the sweetest person I’ve honestly ever met. Your pet would be the safest with her that’s for sure! They’d also get some energy out and be happy little pups.”
16. Sophia M.
“Sophia has always had a genuine love and compassion for animals since an early age. The extreme care and attention she has displayed around our pets along with her outgoing personality would make her a perfect candidate for Rover.com.”
