1. Kristopher V.
“Kristopher was absolutely amazing! I needed someone last minute to watch my puppy for the day, and he responded immediately! He kept me updated throughout the day with pictures and was very sweet with her. Would definitely recommend!”
2. Bailey C.
“Our two dogs had a great 1-day stay with Bailey and her sweet lab, Caliope. She carefully introduced our dogs to Caliope and her cats, and we received regular updates and pictures throughout the day. They had plenty of opportunity for both indoor/outdoor stimulation and relaxation. We also appreciated that she was communicative and flexible about pick-up/drop-off plans. We would recommend working with Bailey and would gladly rebook with her in the future!”
3. Jaclyn N.
“Jaclyn took great care of our 2 dogs, communicated frequently with us, and sent us regular updates. She was also very flexible about working around our schedule. I will definitely be reaching out to Jaclyn if I’m back in the area. Thank you!”
4. Karen S.
“Karen is a natural with animals. Especially dogs... especially our dogs! The day-long stay went without a hitch, her rural home is close to Mount Desert Island and made it possible for us to make it to not-so-pet-friendly events there. Highly recommend.”
5. Joseph S.
“Our dog had a great time with Joseph, and we loved the pictures he sent throughout the day. It was very obvious that he cared and wanted to make sure our pup felt comfortable and had a good time.”
6. Danielle K.
“Danielle was wonderful taking care of our dog Uconn. He loves to play and her dog Bruno is so sweet and full of energy. She was very flexible with our schedule for work which was great. We definitely would love to have her watch our pup again.”
7. Patricia M.
“Patricia is a caring, loving pet owner. She has sat for our dogs and I would highly reccomend her. We have reccomended her to others and they also have been happy with her.”
8. Robert D.
“Robert has watched both my lab retrievers many times. Sometimes for an hour and sometimes all day. Both my boys love Robert every time they see him and they’re exhausted when they come home at the end of the day. Robert puts all his energy and effort into any dog he watches. He’s very calm, and very comfortable with dogs. There isn’t anyone else I’d rather watch my boys.”

10. Monique M.
“We needed a quick last minute Monique was wonderful at getting slinky to trust her and feel comfortable and safe at her home. We expressed that slinky is shy with dogs bigger than him and she has no issues accommodating to slinky and even offering alternative solutions for the animals. We was also super flexible with times and slinky took an immediate liking to her! 10/10 would recommend!”

14. Rina & Andre P.
About: The last seven years I have worked at a few different doggy daycares in New York City! During that time, I was also petsitting at home for multiple pups. Coming from NYC, I became very good at navigating the crowded streets with a "pack". I moved up to Maine almost six years ago and have been caring for animals of all kinds ever since, but dogs definitely hold a special place in my heart. I opened Rebels Homestead a few years ago (find me on fb) and have an array of animals such as horses, pigs, goats, chickens etc…all of which are a ways away from the house and not reachable by the pups In my home, we have a fenced in yard and 3 acres of open land. I do not allow dogs to be off leash outside of the fenced in backyard. My home is located very close to the Bangor City Forrest and I love to go for long walks there if the weather is nice. I try to keep dogs on the schedule they are used to when they stay with us, i.e feeding, potty breaks, etc... I have a very open schedule being a stay at home mom. Your pup will receive endless attention and lots of love from all of us! We have a secure fenced in yard and do not allow dogs off leash outside of that area. We are extremely good about teaching our son what is appropriate behavior around animals and what is not. He has learned so fast and continues to enjoy all our visitors. (Dogs and baby never left alone)
15. Erin P.
“Erin is one of the only people I trust with my pup. She watches him for me every summer for 10 days when we go camping. We have tried to take him camping with us a few times, it never works out, he hates it! What he doesn't hate is staying with miss Erin. He always comes back from her house a happy pup! She is loving to him and keeps him on his schedule which is important to him. He has some quirks about him that I think would make most pet sitters not want to take him, but she loves him so much she doesn't mind, and she deals with those quirks as well I do. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs her to watch their special fur babies”
16. Matt M.
“Matt was absolutely amazing with Freya! Highly attentive in taking her on long walks! I’m really glad I chose an outdoor enthusiast to hang out with my best friend today! He comes highly recommended!!”
17. Gwendolyn G.
“Very good care of my girl!”
18. Jessica D.
About: I work from home full time with my 2 medium sized dogs. It’s pretty laid back but we’re looking forward to make new 4 legged friends! My schedule is very flexible! I work from home full time Monday-Friday so I am usually available every weekday and available most weekends in the summer. I spend most of my day in my office on the first floor of my house which leads out to my back yard. My 2 friendly dogs spend most of their days perched on their bed in front of the window keeping a watchful eye on the neighborhood, or curled up in their big comfy chair. The yard is not fenced in but frequent walks are no problem! My dogs can easily be kept in a separate area if your pet prefers one on one!
