About: I’ve take. care of dogs since i was about 10. It hasn’t been professional until about 4 years ago. I belive every dog/animals deserves the right to fair care and love even if they can’t speak! About: I grew up on a farm with horses, pigs, sheep, cows, a dog and a cat. I particpated at a young age taking care of them (feeding, brushing, removing manure). Throughout my life I have had personal pets as well as helped care for pets of family and friends. I currently work full-time remotely M-F 8:00am-5:00pm. I also have a 9 year old son. I am typically available weekday evenings after work and weekends. I have a runner that extends from the side entrance of my house to my detached garage with a partially fenced backyard. I live in a safe neighborhood and have great neighbors. Three of my neighbors on my street work for the police department.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life! I’ve had cats for as long as I can remember, as well as several dogs, so I’m no stranger to the responsibility of keeping animals. I currently work for a theatre company, but I'm usually available most weekdays. In the evening, I'm available before 5pm and after 9pm, but that changes from time to time. Everyone's pet care is different and I know a lot of animals benefit from having a familiar routine. So if you have a certain way of doing things, I'll do my best to keep that consistent for your pet!

About: I have worked in 2 vet clinics, babysitting many types of animals overnight. I'm currently in college for vet and at home have 2 cats and a dog. At school I have a snake that i take care of. I have classes so there are times I'm busy during the week but as long as you message be the day before I will figure out how to get over to your pet as all pets are important to me. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
