About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is more than just a job, it’s something I genuinely love. I am the owner of Mindsett Paws, my pet care business dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and personalized care for dogs and cats. In addition to running my own pet care business, I have worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility for the past year, where I’ve gained hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. I carefully introduce dogs when appropriate, monitor interactions, and never leave pets unattended in situations that could compromise their safety. I follow feeding instructions, medication schedules, and any special care requirements provided by the owner. About: I grew up on a farm with horses, pigs, sheep, cows, a dog and a cat. I particpated at a young age taking care of them (feeding, brushing, removing manure). Throughout my life I have had personal pets as well as helped care for pets of family and friends. I currently work full-time remotely M-F 8:00am-5:00pm. I also have a 9 year old son. I am typically available weekday evenings after work and weekends. I have a runner that extends from the side entrance of my house to my detached garage with a partially fenced backyard. I live in a safe neighborhood and have great neighbors. Three of my neighbors on my street work for the police department.

About: I have cared for the dogs and cats of family members, friends and coworkers when needed, for years. I personally have a dog and cat. My dog is a sweet boy but he is reactive to other dogs. Before him I had never worked with/known a dog that has reactive tendencies. I have learned a lot over the last 7-8 years about reactivity, especially dogs being reactive towards other dogs. I have cared for as many as three dogs and three cats at a time including puppies and senior dogs. I currently work full time but have developed a good schedule for when I do check in/drop ins for those I pet sit for. If someone is out of town and leaving their pets at home for a check in/drop-in schedule I would typically drop in, in the morning before work, around lunch time, around dinner time and again before bed if the owner requests. I have recently cared for three dogs and a cat for almost two weeks for a coworker and this schedule worked well. I will adhere to any instructions that a pet owner provides. I will make sure that the animals are well cared for and report any concerns I may have for the pets while caring for them. Whether it is a drop in to let a dog out to go to the bathroom at lunch time, walking a dog, feeding the pets, etc.

To provide a stress free environment (for you and) your pet, I will stay at your home and take your animal on walks, have play time, and give lots of love. I can also clean up, get your mail, and water plants, per request! There's no need to worry about your pet(s) - I have experience with all ages and breeds and would love to get to know both you and all your animal(s). Available to care for your pets during a variety times, open for discussion. Happy to have them stay in our dog-friendly home overnight, or come to your home to keep them comfortable while you are away. I live in an apartment, which is not ideal for some pets; however, I live in a very walkable area, as well as am willing to make sure your pet get ample amounts of exercise in your area. About: I've owned a dog for the past 13 years. I now own 2 dogs. I have completed basic obedience class with 1 dog. I have fostered dogs, mostly puppies, and found them great homes. I am a medically retired disabled veteran. My schedule is extremely flexible outside of Mondays and Wednesdays when I take my daughter to school and pick her up. About: Hello, my name is Kristopher Vladyka and I'm located right by the Bangor airport. I have years of experience taking care of both dogs and cats, as well as smaller animals such as rodents. I've been around pets for most of my life and I have been a pet owner for years. I have been a professional Sitter and Boarder on Rover since August 2021. Through my time as a professional pet sitter and pet boarder I have taken care of many different breeds, such as Maltese, Chihuahuas, German Shepherds, Labradoodles, Pitbulls, Boxers, Labs, Beagles, pugs, etc. I have also gained invaluable experience taking care of young puppies, elderly dogs, and dogs with special needs. I can administer oral medications as well as lift and carry dogs up to 50 pounds. With every client I try to go above and beyond during the stay. You can expect good quality pictures of your lovely pet as well as detailed updates on how the stay is going. Your pet will always come first when they are in my care, and will always be prioritized during the stay. Their happiness and safety matter most to me. I'm currently working as a Professional pet sitter and pet boarder full time, so I have the time and energy to dedicate to taking care of your pets. As a fellow pet owner, I know that your pets are like family, so while they're in my care I'll treat them the same and make sure they are loved and cared for to the best of my ability. Also, because this is my full-time job, I am very flexible with drop-off/pick-up times and understand that they're often more of an estimate. I've taken dogs in as late as midnight, and have had them picked up at similar times. I try to work with the owner's schedule as best as I can, as long as I'm available. **I accept last minute requests, especially in cases of emergencies, as long as I'm available. I live in a very safe neighborhood, however my yard is not fenced, so any dogs will need to come with a leash and collar or harness. I have experience walking large breeds and am okay with some tugging. As I do live in an apartment building, and my apartment is on the second story, there are stairs going up to my apartment. With small to medium breeds, if your dog doesn't mind being picked up, I have no problem carrying them up and down the stairs during their stay. Your pet will be safe in my care, as I have the time to keep my eyes on them and make sure they're both happy and healthy during their stay with me. I will be able to follow the feeding schedule/routine that is given to me for the pet and I will never ever give any pet food (outside of what's packed for them) or treats without explicit permission from the owner first unless prior permission is given (such as treats being packed for the pet in my care).
