About: I've owned a dog for the past 13 years. I now own 2 dogs. I have completed basic obedience class with 1 dog. I have fostered dogs, mostly puppies, and found them great homes. I am a medically retired disabled veteran. My schedule is extremely flexible outside of Mondays and Wednesdays when I take my daughter to school and pick her up. I am very trustworthy and caring with pets. I follow all instructions to the letter and make sure all animals are safe and happy under my care.

About: I have cared for the dogs and cats of family members, friends and coworkers when needed, for years. I personally have a dog and cat. My dog is a sweet boy but he is reactive to other dogs. Before him I had never worked with/known a dog that has reactive tendencies. I have learned a lot over the last 7-8 years about reactivity, especially dogs being reactive towards other dogs. I have cared for as many as three dogs and three cats at a time including puppies and senior dogs. I currently work full time but have developed a good schedule for when I do check in/drop ins for those I pet sit for. If someone is out of town and leaving their pets at home for a check in/drop-in schedule I would typically drop in, in the morning before work, around lunch time, around dinner time and again before bed if the owner requests. I have recently cared for three dogs and a cat for almost two weeks for a coworker and this schedule worked well. I will adhere to any instructions that a pet owner provides. I will make sure that the animals are well cared for and report any concerns I may have for the pets while caring for them. Whether it is a drop in to let a dog out to go to the bathroom at lunch time, walking a dog, feeding the pets, etc.

I can also clean up, get your mail, and water plants, per request! There's no need to worry about your pet(s) - I have experience with all ages and breeds and would love to get to know both you and all your animal(s). Happy to have them stay in our dog-friendly home overnight, or come to your home to keep them comfortable while you are away. About: I would love to cat sit for you! I have 3 cats of my own. I can administer medications. I can dog sit as well but they need to be very calm doggies. I have experience dog sitting for small to medium sized dogs and a variety of cats. I work 3, 12 hour night shifts a week. I can be available any day I'm off work and I can do visitation before and after my shifts! I can do drop in visits during the day and will stay as long up to 30 minutes. I cannot have any additional animals in my apartment though.

About: Hello, my name is Kristopher Vladyka and I'm located right by the Bangor airport. I have years of experience taking care of both dogs and cats, as well as smaller animals such as rodents. I've been around pets for most of my life and I have been a pet owner for years. I have been a professional Sitter and Boarder on Rover since August 2021. Through my time as a professional pet sitter and pet boarder I have taken care of many different breeds, such as Maltese, Chihuahuas, German Shepherds, Labradoodles, Pitbulls, Boxers, Labs, Beagles, pugs, etc. I have also gained invaluable experience taking care of young puppies, elderly dogs, and dogs with special needs. Also, because this is my full-time job, I am very flexible with drop-off/pick-up times and understand that they're often more of an estimate. I've taken dogs in as late as midnight, and have had them picked up at similar times. I try to work with the owner's schedule as best as I can, as long as I'm available. **I accept last minute requests, especially in cases of emergencies, as long as I'm available. I live in a very safe neighborhood, however my yard is not fenced, so any dogs will need to come with a leash and collar or harness. I have experience walking large breeds and am okay with some tugging. As I do live in an apartment building, and my apartment is on the second story, there are stairs going up to my apartment. With small to medium breeds, if your dog doesn't mind being picked up, I have no problem carrying them up and down the stairs during their stay. Your pet will be safe in my care, as I have the time to keep my eyes on them and make sure they're both happy and healthy during their stay with me. I will be able to follow the feeding schedule/routine that is given to me for the pet and I will never ever give any pet food (outside of what's packed for them) or treats without explicit permission from the owner first unless prior permission is given (such as treats being packed for the pet in my care).

They require expensive, careful care and planning, much more than your average pet. I've also had pet cats, dogs, mice, birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish, and chickens in the past. My dream is to live on a farm someday and animals have always been a big part of my life. I know that ALL creatures are very sentient and feel just as deeply as we do, if not deeper. Animals are very intelligent creatures and often know and see things we do not! My environment here is laid back and I'm a very chilled out down to earth kind of person. I like to have everything set up for my pets I'm watching as soon as I get in the door. I'm very attentive and empathetic as well. I'm always sure to send regular updates and photos.
