About: I've owned a dog for the past 13 years. I now own 2 dogs. I have completed basic obedience class with 1 dog. I have fostered dogs, mostly puppies, and found them great homes. I am a medically retired disabled veteran. My schedule is extremely flexible outside of Mondays and Wednesdays when I take my daughter to school and pick her up. I am very trustworthy and caring with pets. I follow all instructions to the letter and make sure all animals are safe and happy under my care.

About: In addition to owning my own dogs and cats since I was little, I’ve been volunteering to walk dogs for a local shelter since 2017 I work part time, so I have plenty of time to help care for your pets! My schedule is flexible with a bit of notice, and can usually find time in either the morning or the afternoon every day. I can play with, walk and give lots of love to your pets! About: I have been around animals my entire life. I've been involved in the training of 5 puppies, and have a lot of experience caring for larger breeds, particularly active and playful doggos. I have a cat of my own whom I love dearly, and love to make new furry friends. My past experience includes volunteering at a local boarding kennel, caring for senior dogs and administering medication, taking active pups on fun activities like swimming or hiking, and being a live in sitter during week-long getaways. Whether you need someone to stop in and check on your pup or someone to give your companion love and affection while you're away, I'm happy to help! I currently am taking one summer class and am working part-time jobs, so I have time particularly during the morning/midday and on weekends free to take care of your pets. I have a car cover for the backseat of my car, so any adventures we take I am prepared for. I like to earn pet's trust, so letting them come to me and show me what their comfortable with is key.

I'm good with specialty care, as I've owned rats in the past for quite a few years! They require a very specific healthy diet/great air quality and require much more extensive care than people realize. They require expensive, careful care and planning, much more than your average pet. I've also had pet cats, dogs, mice, birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish, and chickens in the past. My dream is to live on a farm someday and animals have always been a big part of my life. I know that ALL creatures are very sentient and feel just as deeply as we do, if not deeper. Animals are very intelligent creatures and often know and see things we do not! My environment here is laid back and I'm a very chilled out down to earth kind of person. Having an animal next to me while I'm having family time makes my place feel cozy and homey ❤️ I always double check with the owner about what their pets can and can't have when I want to give snacks or extra treats, and I also have knowledge of what's okay to give them and not.

I am a teacher, so come summer time I will have a large amount of availability to walk or pet sit! As of right now, I work M-F 7:45-2:45 but could arrange to let your dog out for a potty break around 11:30. I am very attentive and always make sure to keep your pet’s safety a number 1 priority. Monitoring them when in the house/on walks is a must and keeping in contact with you about any possible issues that may come up are always important.
