One of my biggest fears as a pet owner is leaving my dog with someone who will neglect or mistreat her. I am so particular about who watches her that I have often opted not to go out if I can't leave her with someone I know and trust. I was looking for a backup dog sitter and came across Liz & Eric's profile. They lived nearby and had excellent reviews, so I decided to give them a try. I asked if I could visit in advance, and they agreed. There have been many times when I visited a potential sitter and realized right away that it wouldn't work. As soon as I met them, I had a good feeling. They also have a dog, which I liked, as well as a big fenced yard. Well, my instincts were right because I set up a doggy daycare visit, and Mocha was treated so well. Liz sent lots of photos throughout the day, along with a video. I could see that she was having a great time, which helped me to relax. I am so pleased and definitely plan to use them again.”

About: I am an enthusiastic and active animal lover with over 20 years experience. We live across from the Loch Raven reservoir within walking distance of many hiking trails. We enjoy playing with our pets in our fenced in backyard as well as taking nature hikes on the many trails across from us. Growing up, we had a dog and two cats. Currently, I delight in taking care of our 10 year old cat and 3 year old dog! I love being active with animals and walking them. Our house and yard are very pet friendly! I also am comfortable with admin of needed meds and grooming. The pets who stay with us are welcomed as part of the family. For boarding, we can accommodate one dog per night. We do not board cats. We have a fenced in backyard with about an acre of land. We have a 3 year old dog who is friendly. We have a shy 10 year old cat who will hide from other animals that she doesn’t know. We have hens, but they are fenced in completely.
