“Lois has been house sitting / watching Finn for over a year and there’s no one I can’t imagine anyone I’d feel more comfortable with staying at my house and watching my dog. She always goes above and beyond and I’m beyond grateful when she’s able to watch Finn!”

“Whitney has watched our dog numerous times and we are always very comfortable with her watching Jagger. She takes great care of him and we have no worries when she stays at our house.”

“Mariah always does an awesome job caring for Finn and my home while I’m away. I was on a 2 week trip on another continent and felt totally confident that Finn would be taken care of and my house would be taken care of. I came home and Finn was happy, my house was clean, and laundry was in the washer. Mariah is a great communicator and updates me to let me know things are ok, but doesn’t overwhelm with details and questions so I can truly enjoy my vacation.”

About: Hi, my name is Jennifer and I'm new to Rover but not pet care! I have passionately been working in Animal Care, Welfare and Rescue for 10 years now, my entire adult life! I have 10 years of history working in doggy daycares with dog and cat boarding and animal shelters. I have also volunteered with dogs, cats, rats, goats, pigs, horses and more. Anywhere from fostering, TNR programs, to PetSmart adoption centers for kitties, transportations/freedom rides and on farms. I am skilled in nail trims, bathing/brushing, basic positive reinforcement training, medical/geriatric needs including handling medications, and I'm educated in dog and cat behavior. My pet sitting experience includes dogs, cats, bunnies and small animals such as rodents for the past 10 years. I have pet sat for family, personal friends and their families, and people I have randomly ended up befriending at dog parks, hiking or in the animal care jobs I've had! I love when animals and pets bring people together. I have grown up with dogs, cats, bunnies, rats, birds and even iguanas. My dream one day is to own my very own sanctuary/rescue on a farm. My beautiful family includes me, my wonderful husband Henry, our 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 rat and our medical foster kitty. I not only look forward to meeting your beloved pet, but you as well! I am opening my schedule full time for pet care services. I have decided it's time for a new journey and continue growing my animal care skills. With my 10 years experience, passion and incredible attention to detail, I am confident I will be a good fit for you and your pet. I've spent years cleaning up some of the dirtiest kennels you could imagine but I love to clean in my general life so when it's for an animal, even better!

“Amelia watched our two dogs, cat and house for 10 days and did an amazing job. The animals loved her and she took great care of our home while she was here. We will definitely be booking her again!”

“Isabel was wonderful! She is communicative, proactive, and always on time. Isabel walked our dog a couple of times a day and was attentive to his needs while we were away. Our dog was very calm and enjoyed his time with Isabel.”

“Amanda was so incredible! She was responsive and took the best care of our pups! Amanda was kind and helped take care of the house while we were away by bringing in the mail without asking and also taking the time to ensure things were left better than she found it. THANK YOU, Amanda! It is such a joy to work with you and I cannot recommend her enough! I 100% will book with Amanda again! (:”

“Lindsay was great with my Finn and Ella. They loved her right away. Having them watched in our home makes going away possible. This was very last minute and I appreciate that we were able to go..”

“Zana watched our two dogs and cat for a week and we are thrilled with our experience. Zana was extremely communicative and sent great pictures along with the updates. Our elder dog got sick and Zana was a champ handling some unexpected cleanup duty, leaving our house nice and clean. We sincerely hope we can rebook Zana the next time we leave town.”

“Shannan did a great job with our 2 boys on our first outing since acquiring our new pup. We were nervous but Shannan did a meet n greet and put us at ease.”

“Josephine was reliable and responsive. She very clearly adores animals and this was like a vacation for my dog to walk and hang out with her overnight. Would definitely book again.”

“Grace was absolutely wonderful with our Lab, Max. When she arrived at our house for the "meet and greet," I knew we made a great choice in a sitter. Grace loves dogs and our Max sensed it immediately! She treated Max like the little boy he thinks he is. When we returned home, Max was happy to see us, but it was very clear that he had been taken care of and loved, just the way he is used to being treated. Grace took wonderful care of our home while she stayed with Max. I highly recommend Grace as a provider and will definately request her again!”

“Ryan and Thomas were amazing and super trustworthy! I am so grateful they were available to help with my senior dog. Thank you for being awesome!”

About: Hi! I’m Lexie (Alexandria for long), and I’ve been assisting in animal rescue since I was born! I’m a recent college grad, and I can’t think of a better way to earn a couple extra bucks than to get to play with animals. Dogs, cats, fish, birds, rodents, reptiles and more, I'll love them all! My phone is glued to me, so I’m always easily contactable. Can’t wait to meet you! I'm gone for work 7:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday, or I'm home any time Saturday or Sunday. If your booking needs to bleed into this time a bit, my husband also works from home and it can be managed, but I prefer bookings within my own availability. While I don’t have any professional vet training, I’m comfortable administering oral and topical medications. I have a fenced-in yard, and always leash walk. I have a small lazy dog of my own, but if your pet prefers independence I have 3 floors in which I can keep them easily separated.

“I appreciate Noelle's willingness to care for my challenging pets, 1 needs daily meds and the other has a broken leg. They seemed healthy and happy when I got home and i was happy to receive photos of them (first time using this service). The girls gave Noelle 3 paws up, only bc one is broken. I'm happy with her care and will invite her back.”

Overall, I am a homebody, and happy to spend my free time on the couch snuggling, in the back yard playing, or talking long walks. Whatever your pet needs, it makes me happy to see them happy.

About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my ability to work with all types of animals, including those who may be more challenging or need extra care. I’ve worked with dogs that are shy or defensive, using patience and a calm approach to help them feel safe and comfortable. Whether it's a playful puppy, a senior dog, or animals of all sizes—big or small—I have the experience to provide tailored care. I’m also well-versed in administering medications, ensuring your pets stay healthy and happy while you're away. I keep the home clean and tidy, respecting the client’s space while ensuring their pets feel safe and loved. Communication is key, so I’ll provide updates and keep you informed to ensure peace of mind while you’re away.
