About: Hi y’all! I’m Jackson, and I am a huge animal lover. I’ve lived with at least 2 dogs my entire life, and I now have 3 dogs waiting for me back home in Houston. My animals received many, many walks while under my care. I’ve dog sat for countless neighbors, family friends, and strangers, and I’m no stranger to scoopin’ some poop. My oldest pooch was 18 years old, and I’m more than aware of the stubbornness that age brings along. I’ve raised many puppies too, so I’m familiar with the nuance of tender yet firm care. I’d love to get to know and provide top-notch care for your animals, if you’d let me! I am a full time student at UTSA. I have class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends are more than often available. I try to visit home once a month to spend time with my family, including my dogs, so I’d love to fill this canine void I experience here in San Antonio. I have been the owner and the stranger to untrusting dogs, so I’ve gathered the best way to approach these kind of animals from both sides. I have no issue with getting on their level, exercising patience, or crating. I pick up on mannerisms and comfort levels easily, and I can adapt to the needs of each animal efficiently.
About: I grew up with dogs and have always had a pet in the house until recently. My sweet boy passed away at the age of 13 recently, and I want to care for dogs while I wait to find my next baby. I work from home and have dog sat for family many times. I love all animals and just ask that any potential visitors are potty trained and friendly. 100% chance they will be spoiled and get extra cuddles. About: I am a student at UTSA. I have one cat (Mara) living with me currently. But I have always grown up with many pets of different ages and sizes. I am a loving and caring person especially for animals. I love play time with them, gives me a little exercise too haha. I also have a lot of free time outside of school so I can take good care of your baby all throughout the day. I have experience with giving pets medications, even bigger dogs, so long as they aren't aggressive. I also have experience with handling senior pets. About: I took care of my dog, Luna, since the first day she was born because her mom didn’t want her. I’d wake up every 2 hours to make sure she ate while she was little because I didn’t want anything to happen to her. Now she’s 4 years old running around with her parents and siblings. I have a cat, she recently turned one. I take her everywhere with me, she loves car rides now. At home I have dogs who I’d always look forward going to play with after work. Pets have been a part of my life for a while now and I enjoy it. When it comes to dogs, puppies, I know that most of the time all they want to do is play and I’m okay with that. I think it’s an important part of their life to keep them healthy and happy.I know some pets don’t like being alone and it’s makes me sad to see pets waiting by the door for their owners to show up. So I look forward to being with them whether it’s playing with them or just keeping them company while you’re out working or running errands.

I've dogsitted for family friends for a couple years and am familiar with following their own care routines: walking daily, picking up poop in the yard, practicing certain dietary regimens, and senior care. Generally I am free Fri, Sat, Sun, and Wednes but if you need more help we can try to work something out! I will be available to walk, sit, and drop in at clients' homes! Paige was amazing!!! She took such great care of my doggos! She has a great knack for knowing when they needed to warm up to her a little bit, but she quickly won them over. Paige was excellent at communicating and sending photos of the visits, and I would definitely book with her again!
Allison was wonderful with our two high-energy dogs! She walked them approximately 3 miles each day and did an excellent job keeping them active and engaged. Faith has a wonderful way with animals. When she stopped by to meet Wesley before his first walk, he was so excited you'd think they had been friends for months! Even my cats warmed up to her quickly, which is saying a lot since they're usually very standoffish with new people. When I came home from work, Wesley seemed happy and relaxed, which is always a sign that he's had a great walk. Faith was also punctual, professional, and clearly attentive to his needs. I highly recommend Faith to anyone looking for a pet sitter, dog walker, or even a cat whisperer!

It was my first time using Rover so I was a bit nervous but after reading clothes reviews, I’m glad I chose her to take care of my dogs. I really liked that she had experience with rescues especially because I have one and he can be reactive to certain things. I loved that she took time out of her day to come get to meet my dogs so they can get to know her as well. My first time experiencing was amazing over all especially to my dogs.
Maddison was awesome. Super kind, easy to communicate with, and great with Roxy. She sent updates and pics after every visit which I really appreciated—it made it easy to relax knowing Roxy was in good hands. You can tell she actually cares, and Roxy was clearly happy the whole time. I’m really happy with how everything went and would definitely book with her again.
Eric was quick to reply and genuinely cared about making my dog’s day. He took my Dalmatian on a nice long walk and also played with him in the backyard on both days I booked. Eric was great about keeping me in the loop and making me feel included while I was away, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He’s an awesome person, clearly loves what he does, and I’ll absolutely be rebooking with Eric.
