About: I am a professional baseball player and an absolute animal lover. I grew up with a very energetic pup, and now have 2 cats that I absolutely adore. I also have plenty of experience dog/cat sitting for neighbors/family/friends. Excited to meet and play with all kinds of new animals! Between toys, cats trees, the best food, pets, (and sometimes butt smacks for the little cat), there is no shortage of love for the cats in my household. “Andreea did an outstanding job taking care of our two dogs! She clearly loves dogs and was very attentive to the needs of our very different dogs. We were particularly concerned that our energetic puppy get enough exercise and play time to keep him from getting bored. Andreea spent plenty of active play time with him on each visit, and was also able to coax our older, more sedate dog outside for a little activity. There were plenty of belly rubs and lots of attention given to both pups! Andreea followed all the instructions we gave her and she kept us happy with multiple pics and videos from each visit. About: I have had pets my whole life. I was raised with dogs, birds, and fish. When I moved out on my own I had bunnies and two rescue dogs. We had our rescue dogs until the end of their lives at 13 and 14 years old. My children are elementary - middle school age and are great with animals. We miss having a pet around the house, but with our travel schedule it's simply not responsible to have a pet full time. We would love to open our home to your pets while you are away. We have experience with puppies, rescues, and seniors. We have a steady home routine, and pet care fits naturally into it. Being home throughout the day allows us to offer regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and quiet supervision. We approach care thoughtfully and make sure each pet feels secure and part of our household rhythm. Our home is kept clean and organized, and we’re intentional about safety. We limit the number of pets we accept so each one receives attentive, individualized care. I will care for you dogs or cats like they were my own I have a very flexible schedule and would be able to come to your home at most anytime of the day or week to help. About: For much of my life, I have lived with pets. For the past 20 or so years being single and work travel has made that difficult. I have filled that void by caring for my friend's pets. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
