About: I’ve had a love for dogs since I was little, one of my first books that I read as a child was about dogs, and have cared for 4 dogs in the last 11 years. I had a Jack Russell terrier, Yorkshire terrier & toy poodle, who have passed in their old age. I currently have an Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix who is 2. My dogs, as well as other dogs, are well behaved around me and love being in my presence. I am available any day of the week, so availability is never an issue. About: I have cared for animals the majority of my life. In a personal as well as professional capacity. Previously, I worked for a dog daycare/boarding facility in northern Virginia which allowed me to work with dogs of different sizes and temperament. I have volunteered on and off over the years at various shelters and ranches. About: I don’t discriminate against any type of breed. I care for them as they are my own . There is no problem for me in giving medications, if needed. I currently work full time . They would be taken care of in the morning, if needed at lunch time . Once done my normal work day, then I would go back to them for however long was needed . In the clients home : We would play, go for walks if the dog enjoys them . I like to snuggle and sit with them, I will converse with them . I always make sure they have fresh water .
