About: I grew up with dogs + cats and have experience raising puppies, handling senior dogs, and dogs with minor special needs (mobility issues and vision-impaired). I have worked with animal rescues as a foster for dogs as well! As for cats, I have fostered nearly 50 kittens and adult cats, and have experience with special needs cats! I also have experience with animals such as rabbits, lizards, fish, guinea pigs/hamsters. I currently have no form of employment and can spare most of my time for pet-care. My pets are well-cared for and since they all came from rescues, their specific needs are taken into account. As for a client’s home, I will make sure that their pets are loved as if they are my own and I will keep the home clean if any accidents occur. We have worked with many positive reinforcement trainers in the past to address our pups over-excitability and leash reactivity and Gregory using much of the same language as these dog trainers when discussing strategies he used on his walks with Izzy to help redirect and keep her focused and safe. Our pup is very scent driven on walks which can require a lot of patience and steady redirection, and we are so grateful for how kind and gentle Gregory is when handling Izzy. We've only had one overnight experience with Gregory so far and he took great care of our home and left the house spotless! He also ensured us that he only books one overnight stay at a time to avoid any conflicts in schedule and make sure our dog has company throughout the night and to keep her safe in the event of an emergency.
