I have worked with animal rescues as a foster for dogs as well! As for cats, I have fostered nearly 50 kittens and adult cats, and have experience with special needs cats! However I am flexible and if your pet has a specific need or doesn't do well being alone certain times of day we can work to accomodate that. Your pet's safety is a non negotiable for me, it is so important to me that your pet feels comfortable with me no matter what we're doing. Establishing a bond with an animal can be the most rewarding experience in the world! When talking about safety with any pet, I take a precautious approach with anything that could become an 'oops!' or a 'hey you, get that out of your mouth!' moment. So I will always take precautions with anything being left out unmonitored like toys, food, anything chewable, stringy, or soft toys, etc. I never want to have to think twice about a preventable accident with your pet, so I always take the time to keep everyone safe. This goes especially for walks, your dog or cat's safety is always going to be at the front of my mind when interacting with any other furry friends nearby, as it is always better to be safe than sorry. Every pet needs a different relationship approach, and different play styles! There are some pets who just want to cuddle, ones who need specific play-styles to be interested, and others who need someone up to the task of frizbee-ing the Tasmanian Devil out of them! I know personally one of my cats only wants to lazily swat at one specific toy he keeps losing, and the other wants to run and leap around for 20 minutes straight. I am dedicated to learning what your pet really likes so they have a great time with me, and you can go to work, over a friends, or on vacation without a worry that they living their best life.

Positive recognition of good behavior and moderate activity (to remedy the bad behavior) when you need me are what I hope to share with your furry family members. I am currently working part-time, so i can set up a schedule of regular pet attention care during part day time hours. Currently I have weekends free if weekend care is requested, though this may change if requests are light. I am working on my house to be able to provide overnight care in the future, making it care friendly for additional furry friends. I have a fenced in, good size yard, and a medium size fur baby of my own to greet stay over friends, though my house needs a little more time for prep before we are ready. I am happy to do drop-ins and day or eve walks at your home, and follow any/all your rules. I respect your needs and want to make sure your fur baby is safe and happy in my care. I keep trainer treats in my car, if we need to practice a few basic commands, as well as water and other care essentials. I have a back seat hammock/cover for the pet's safety when traveling (as needed). I also have a med to large dog kennel I can put in the way back of my SUV if that is preferred for safety and security.
About: I've had dogs and cats all my life! I am a current dog owner and have fostered many times in the past! I have experience with almost any breed, any size! I am currently working part time, I have a bunch of time to hang out with your furry friend always! I am also a college student but thanks to computers is it all online! I have a fenced in yard with 2 different spots! I have an area for them to potty in the morning and a separate area for them to play! I also have my own 3 year old border collie who would love a play date any day any time!
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs, both big and small, practically my whole life! I know how to be patient with them and I love to explore their fun-loving personalities! Aside from personal appointments and family commitments I have a pretty open schedule, I love spending time with animals so the more time the better! I always make sure the pet is watched in an enclosed area and pay close attention to their body language to ensure they are comfortable and not anxious or overwhelmed.

I was super nervous because he can get a little anxious and I didn't know how he would adjust to being away from home. We thought about it over some time and Alyssa and Marcus were able to accomodate our plans last minute. Before the reservation was even finalized, they were so helpful and reassuring. They kept me updated throughout his stay with so many pictures and reassurances. It really put my mind at ease. Sam had such a good time with Zara, Alyssa, and Marcus...I think he was upset he had to leave! I can't imagine sending him anywhere else. I definitely weill be booking with them again.”

“This was Rho's very first boarding stay away from home, and Marissa made the entire experience so easy and reassuring. She sent lots of adorable photo updates throughout the stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. Marissa is incredibly caring, thoughtful, and trustworthy. She paid close attention to all of the care instructions and special details I shared about Rho, and it was clear she genuinely wanted Rho to feel comfortable and at home. She even gave Rho a bath after she had an accident in her crate, which I really appreciated, and surprised us with homemade treats and cute gifts! Rho came home happy and settled back in right away, which tells me she had a wonderful time. I truly appreciate all the love and care Marissa gave her, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. I highly recommend Marissa to anyone looking for a responsible, attentive, and dependable sitter!”
“Raelyn was wonderful! She picked up and dropped Max off which was incredibly helpful for us with conflicting job schedules and three kids. That added service made our night away possible. She also is so quick to respond and provides info and photos while she watches your fur baby. Max seemed so relaxed in the photos and he came home happy. We had a poor prior experience with a different Rover sitter and he came home shaking. I totally trust Raelyn and will gladly use her again.”
“Aubrey was fantastic with our two little guys! Knowing this was our first time leaving them with someone who wasn’t family, she did a thorough meet and greet, let us see the space where they’d be staying, took all special needs into consideration, and sent regular updates!
