About: My family has always had a lot of pets, so I am used to handling 4 dogs at a time while also having cats around. I have spent my summers dog sitting for family and friends and have experience with a bunch of different breeds ranging from Yorkies to Pitbulls to Golden Retrievers. I have taken care of pets of all ages, from freshly born kittens to 16 year old dogs. I am working part time on a farm right now, but my schedule is pretty flexible and I am mostly available before and after my shifts. I typically have 2-3 full days off per week as well. I am comfortable taking dogs on walks or playing with them outside in a fenced-in area. I also am more than happy to hang out with cats and more relaxed dogs.

“Jessica did an amazing job caring for our cat Bailey while we were away! She spent extra time caring for and getting to know our cat and sent pictures and updates following every visit. I would highly recommend Jessica and we will definitely be using her in the future!”

“Did great visiting our furbabies! I felt very comfortable that they were being well looked after. Sent us great updates!”

About: Hello! I am new to Rover. I have one year of professional experience caring for dogs (anytime I had primary responsibility for the animal's well-being). Growing up, my family had an Akita and two Black Labs. Currently, I help my sister with her German Shorthaired Pointer, who is in most of my photos :) I'm very active and enjoy long walks. I look forward to providing a consistent, pawsitive experience for you and your pup! I will always schedule a meet and greet with new clients. I find this allows everyone to assess compatibility, discuss routines, and ensure a comfortable experience for your pet! Availability: Sunday 8 am - 5 pm Monday 8 am - 12 pm Tuesday 8 am - 12 pm Wednesday 8 am - 10 am & 1 pm - 5 pm Thursday 8 am - 5 pm Friday 8 am - 5 pm Saturday 8 am - 5 pm Caring for your pet/s is a commitment to their safety, comfort, and well-being! When I look after pets in a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining a secure, calm, and loving atmosphere.

About: I have owned dogs and cats since I was young and love all of them. We currently have a black lab named Willy. He gets along with all dogs and is always up for some running around and playing. My family and I would love to meet your pets! If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out 😊 I am currently a stay at home mom of 3 so I am pretty flexible! When it comes to errands, most of them are done when there is someone else home to stay with our dog. Sometimes we take him with us! I have a big backyard that is fenced in, so we are outside as much as possible. Our dog Willy gets let out whenever he wants throughout the day, even if it's just so he can get some fresh air.

About: I've had pets and been around others since I was young. I love all animals and enjoy spending as much time with them as I can. They are usually just as excited to see me as I am too see them. I make my own schedule so my availability is very open. I can work around your schedule when needed. Nights and weekends are also open I will follow any instructions for care from pet parents. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I have plenty of experience walking dogs of all sizes so this will not be an issue either.

About: I have been caring for animals from bunnies to horses for my entire life. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and board their pets. I do this because I love the companionship pups! Pets will be carefully looked after and they’ll also be preoccupied daily with loads of activities! Parents are welcome to pictures/videos while they’re away. Your pets will have access to food/water, furniture, toys, undivided attention and unconditional love! My own dogs start the day with a long walk and breakfast. Throughout the day we practice commands and do various activities. Here, we love dog puzzles and mentally and physically stimulating games! My house is pet friendly with plenty of space to play inside or out, depending on the weather. I also have pets of my own, who are very friendly and playful! I prefer gradual introductions to keep everyone calm and safe. Entering a new environment or being cared for by someone new can be stressful for pets so I pay close attention to how each pet responds and acts and I make sure to cater according to their individual needs, giving them space or activities as needed. Your pet will be loved and well cared for while they are here!

About: I’ve been fortunate to have a wide range of pet ownership and care experience ranging g from puppy care and training to caring for senior dogs at the end of their journey. I believe that there are no bad dogs and positive reinforcement and gentle corrections are the way to lead a happy and confident dog. I’ll be filling my nights and weekends with pet care opportunities as long term my goal is to own my own business offering boarding/daycare and more. The more time I can spend with pets and pet families the better. I care for my dog Lucky, two cats Mochi and Wasabi, three rats Bean, Remy, and Leroy, and six chickens Kaz, Red, Boomer, Viera, Franky, and Rue every day. I also have two children so I am always taking care of something or someone. Our pets are integrated into our family and their care is just as important as our own.

“Darien is beyond incredible. She took such amazing care of our cat, Callie. She send us the cutest pictures and we could tell how loved and cared for Callie was while we were away. She checked our mail, took in our packages, and even watered a plant for me! She went above and beyond what any other cat sitter has done for us in the past. We came home to a very well loved, happy, and well adjusted cat. We already booked her again for our next trip.”

“Nicole was wonderful with my 3 dogs. She was very responsive, sent many pictures and followed instructions perfectly. I will definitely be scheduling Nicole for future visits.”

“Catie took absolutely terrific care of our special needs blind weiner dog, Adler. We did not want to bring him back to the kennel by himself after his best friend “guide dog” rottie passed away months ago. Catie really set us at ease during our meet-and-greet when watching how Adler responded to her amazing friendliness while wagging his tail nonstop! She was kind, responsive, and really enjoyed hanging out with him which he appreciated. Her great pictures and updates left us feeling assured he was getting wonderful care so we could relax and enjoy our time away. It is obvious that all animals love her, because she even made friends with our cat, Ozzy, who never comes out for anyone unfamiliar. We will soon be booking Catie again now that we have found someone with an awesome personality who we trust, and is flexible and excited to see our little buggar. We highly recommend her. Thank you Catie!!!”

About: I absolutely adore all dogs. Having grown up in a home filled with dogs all the time gave me this passion. I have volunteered at many dog shelters and pet sat for a while now. Can’t wait to meet your pup! I’m currently working out of house Thursday-Sunday but am completely free Monday-Wednesday. I have a shihtzu of my own that I take on adventures daily! I have a huge park across the street from my house that I always bring my dog too. So many people and dogs enjoy this park too!

“Eryka did a fantastic job with my cat while I was out of town for a few days. Very appreciative of her taking the job and keeping me updated while I was away! Would definitely recommend her time and time again.”

About: My dogs at home have always been my third sibling. Growing up with several type of dogs in my life, from rescue greyhounds to raising a boxer-lab puppy, I've met all kinds of dogs with all kinds of unique qualities. After moving into Boston, MA, I built a small group of dogs that I cared for over several years. While living in Portland, I was able to continue the trend of meeting new families all around southern Maine. Now that I'm back in Massachusetts, I'm excited to pick up where I left off - by meeting people, exploring the south coast, and playing with dogs. I have 20+ years of experience living with dogs, as well as 7 years of dog walking, and 6 years of dog sitting. I'm very happy to accommodate your pets needs, whatever they may be! I can't wait to meet your dogs and keep the streaks going! I'm current a medical student, so my schedule can best favors pups who only need morning and evening visit. I will always do my best to accommodate your schedule! My goal is to leave your house in the same condition I found it in.I understand that a person's house is very sacred and I don't want to disturb it! I've found that when staying at someone's house, I work best with a quick tour and a write-up of how you do things, e.g. where things go, what day trash is, what not to do, etc.
