About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who believes every pet deserves care that meets their unique needs — whether that’s a fun, stimulating walk or a calm, reassuring visit. I’ve raised my own dog from puppyhood to adulthood and spent years learning about enrichment games, and training methods that build confidence and trust. I’ve spent time with multiple rescue dogs and I understand how to give anxious or excitable dogs the space and structure they need to feel safe. During walks and drop-in visits, I tailor the experience to your pet — mixing play, training reinforcement, and mental stimulation. I’m attentive to body language, use calm communication, and always prioritize safety, keeping dogs under threshold and away from stress triggers. Whether your dog thrives on adventure or needs a gentler touch, you can count on me to show up with patience, consistency, and care. I’m also comfortable with basic grooming, administering medication, and supporting senior pets. Your pets are family — and I’ll treat them like my own. I work part-time, so I have plenty of flexibility during the day for pet care. I’m usually available on weekdays during normal business hours — great for midday walks, drop-in visits, or keeping pets company while you’re at work. I can sometimes do early evenings or weekends with a little notice. Caring for pets fits naturally into my daily routine, and I love spending my free hours making sure they’re happy, exercised, and well cared for. I treat every pet like they’re my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable during our time together. During drop-in visits, I follow your routines closely — whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or giving medication — so your pet gets the care they’re used to. I’m careful with doors, leashes, and anything else that keeps your pet safe, and I always make sure your home stays respected and tidy. I love sending updates and photos so you can see how your furry friend is doing while you’re away.
“Nathan is very friendly and took great care of my cats! It was comforting knowing that my cats were well taken care of while I was out of town :). I came home to a clean litter box and it was obvious he tended to their water bowl and food!”

“Megan was a big help taking care of our two cats when we went away for the Thanksgiving holiday! She left us thorough updates through the River app and made sure to send tons of photos of our kitties (which is quite a feat considering how shy our cats are). We would definitely ask her to look after our cats again and would recommend her to any pet owners.”

“Stephanie did an absolutely awesome job caring for my two cats for a month while I was traveling. You can tell the cats love her! There was a home renovation project in works during the time she watched the cats. She went above and beyond tracking them down when contractors locked them in rooms accidentally. It happened often! You can’t go wrong choosing Stephanie. Highly reliable!”

“Lovely human! We are very anxious about leaving our baby with others after a past poor experience, but we felt more than comfortable leaving her with Rachel! She clearly loves our furbabies and takes amazing photos of them :)”

About: I’ve been taking care of friends and family’s pets for a couple years now. I took an animal science class in high school to better understand the care and handling of animals. I am equipped to play with, walk, feed, and bathe your pet. I’m currently a full time student, so the days that I am in class I cannot provide service to your animals, but all the other days of the week I am free to take care of them with the promise of my full attention. I have a fenced in yard, no other pets. I am able to walk your dog on a leash, or crate them if need be. I prefer to watch the pets at your home.
Arundel cat parents share their Rover experiences
Michelle has become the person I trust the most whenever I travel. She is incredibly attentive and responsible, she even noticed that my cat had unplugged the automatic feeder and immediately fixed the issue. Most importantly, my cat absolutely adores her, which gives me so much peace of mind when I’m away. I couldn’t ask for a better sitter and highly recommend her.

Rachel was so great with our two cats while my wife and I were away! As an admitted "helicopter" parent, my anxieties were quickly put to rest by Rachel's great communication with us and playful demeanor with our cats. I highly recommend contacting her for any pet needs!
