Hi, we are Meredith + Nathan - dog parents and pet lovers in Wilmington, Delaware! We have two dogs of our own - a chocolate lab and a hound dog. The lab loves to play and would happily play with your pup, while the hound is an old man and basically sleeps all day. Our dogs are bossy - demanding treats, pets, 3 meals/day, and to go outside about 100x a day, so we can handle any of you (or your pups) requests too! While ours are allowed on the furniture, we're happy to follow any rules you would like us too. We've also very comfortable giving dogs medicine, as we've been doing it daily for our lab for years. We have lots of spare rooms for a crate or to separate your pet if needed. We also have a big yard that is fully fenced in and a very walkable neighborhood. We're home all day long, so your pup won't be alone! Nathan is a photographer, so you will be sure to get plenty of pictures too. Please reach out to us today with any questions. We're happy to schedule a meet and greet in advance too! We've used plenty of dog sitters in the past, and this has always eased our anxiety too. We can't wait to meet your fur babies!

Nathan is very friendly and took great care of my cats! It was comforting knowing that my cats were well taken care of while I was out of town :). I came home to a clean litter box and it was obvious he tended to their water bowl and food!
Nathan has been routinely walking our two small dogs during the work week for a couple of months now and they absolutely love him! We can tell he truly cares about our dogs. He has been very dependable and sends a detailed Rover card every time. I would recommend booking with Nathan!

Schedule
We both work from home and have flexible schedules, so we are available around the clock to take care of your pets! We wake up early with our dogs, and are often up late too, so we're super flexible with drop off and pick up times.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large home for just the four of us (2 dogs + 2 parents), so there's plenty of room for your pets. We have spare bedrooms to separate your dogs from ours for feeding/sleeping if needed, and we also have room for a crate. We have plenty of cozy dog beds (and human beds) for a great night sleep for your pup. We have a big yard too that’s completely fenced in, and we always keep an eye on the pups when they’re outside. Typically we are out there with them & your pup will never be left outside unattended! We also will happily take your dog on plenty of leashed walks throughout the neighborhood - it’s very pup friendly!
Pets
A typical day
Typically, we feed our dogs early and take them on a long walk. Throughout the day, we play with them a few times in the yard and then take them on another walk in the evening. We have parks and creeks within walking distance, so there's plenty of spots to sniff and discover. We also love using lick mats, puzzles, and snuffle mats to ensure our pups are tired mentally too!
