Holtz is mostly blind and Rascal has bad back legs but she took extra time to make sure that her home was accessible for both of them and she went above and beyond to make sure they boys felt like her home was theirs. She was very attentive and very professional; sent daily pictures and text updates. It was a good feeling to know that the boys were in good hands while we were away and made our trip much more enjoyable.”
