We were concerned about how Zhuri would do with other animals, especially cats, but she got along well with Serria’s two dogs and cat. Serria sent daily photos of Zhuri bonding and relaxing with her eldest dog. One picture showed Zhuri outside in her spacious, fenced yard, where they had plenty of room to run and play. It was clear Zhuri felt comfortable in her home. Serria cared for our sweet girl as if she were her own. She was kind, responsive, and made the entire experience stress-free. Zhuri was in excellent hands with someone who clearly loves animals, and we truly appreciated the care and attention she received. Highly recommend!”

About: I have owned dogs and cats since before I can remember! I grew up with three large Rottweilers and two Maine Coon kitties. I currently have 2 cattle dogs of my own that I feed, walk, brush, and play with each and every day. I will treat your furry friends like they are my own and love on them until you return! I have lots of experience with all age ranges from puppies & kittens to elderly pets. I can administer medicine or administer play time till they are nice & tired! I can bathe, walk, run, play, feed, and love on your pet the way I love my own until you return! I have two dogs that love other dogs just as long as they aren’t the humping type! I can easily crate any dog up to about 100 lbs. I am currently a stay at home mom and have a flexible schedule. I can care for your pet early in the morning or even late at night. I can crate your dog if needed! I can also bathe your pet prior to you coming home so they are nice and clean when you return!

“This was my first time using Rover, so I did not really know what to expect. Glynis surpassed all of my hopes! She took such good care of Buster - sent me photos everyday, sent me updates on how he was doing, and she made sure that he enjoyed himself. I would give her 6 stars! She made sure to know and follow his routine. He is relatively new to my home, as he was a rescue and had only been with me a couple of months. From his behavior when we got home, I know he was made to feel secure and cared for while he stayed with Glynis and her family. While he was happy to see me when I returned, I doubt that he missed me, as he had such positive experiences, as did I. I highly recommend her!”

I have an unfenced yard, so dogs are always supervised and kept safely leashed while outside. Inside, I provide a calm and comfortable environment and follow each pet’s normal feeding, potty, exercise, and sleeping routine as closely as possible. I’m also happy to use a crate if your dog is crate trained and that is part of their usual routine.

About: Hello, I grew up on a farm in Ohio with cows, horses, chickens, cats and of course dogs. I have had pets my entire life. I've raised four children and we ran the gauntlet of pets from snakes and lizards to birds and fish. Presently I am employed at a Vet Clinic, where I worked in the kennel for a year. I now help out in treatment and monitoring in surgery. I have been employed there going on four years. I recently lost two of my geriatric pets which broke my heart but I still have two geriatric cats at home(One that I inherited from my mom). I can't imagine ever being without a pet. About: My parents had dogs before I was born so I have never lived without dogs. I share my house now with my two dogs, and I am very lucky to work from home where I can be with them all day. In addition, I spent many years volunteering with a local shelter where I was a dog walker, an adoption counselor, a foster dog mom, and assisted with training classes. If you have a dog care need outside of what I have set as what I will accept, contact me because I may be able to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. My schedule revolves around my dogs. I have a secure, fenced-in yard and an enclosed porch, but they do spend most of their time indoors with me. When I am home, they go out every 3-4 hours, and if I am away, which is not often, I do not leave them for more than 8 hours. I am not scheduling for more than 3 months out, but if you have a specific date request beyond that, contact me and I can look at options. When I host your dog at my home, he or she will be treated like part of the family. I feed my dogs twice a day, and they go out every 3-4 hours when I am not home, or more often if needed. On sunny days, my dogs also enjoy laying on my enclosed porch where I have a few dog beds set up for them. The feeding and potty schedule for your dog is up to you, so please communicate that with me if it would be different from my own dogs. On the rare occasions where I need to leave for doctor appointments or family events, I would crate your dog, or alternately, secure your dog in a small room using a baby gate if you dog cannot tolerate crating. I have two bad shoulders, and therefore I do not walk dogs, but your dog would get plenty of play time with my dogs in my house and in my yard. While I try to not have dogs on the furniture, it doesn't always work out that way, but I do have multiple dog beds in every room of my home. I also have designated areas of the couch where my dogs are allowed. I would require you to bring a leash and your dog's food when you drop him or her off. In terms of in-home visits to care for your dog, I will be sure to let them out, feed them, make sure they have water, administer medications as required, and spend about 15 minutes with them in snuggles or playtime. As mentioned above, I have two bad shoulders so I am not able to walk your dog.

About: I am recently retired and have an older dog who has retired from long walks. Our family would enjoy some new pet friends and would like to lend a hand to a neighbor. My schedule is wide open so I can adapt to the needs of your four-legged best friend. Our Homeowner’s Association offers safe sidewalk accommodations for regular walking. We have plenty of open space within our home and allow our pet to roam freely. I am able to accommodate any crating or feeding schedule provided and love to share photos with status updates. My son recently graduated from high school and is also very hands on with pet care and clean up needs. We would love to offer love to your pet for any vacations or extended times away. We offer our dog lots of affection. He treats his backyard like a dog park and enjoys playing catch. He gets along very well with well with other dogs.
