We dropped the dogs after a flight from our house, so our boys were definitely anxious to then be left with strangers, but Sheryl did her best to make them feel comfortable. Unfortunately, our guys had multiple accidents and Sheryl was very understanding about the situation. She was very prompt to respond to any messages and sent multiple photos throughout the stay.”
