“This was our first time ever using Rover. We are traveling in an RV from out of state and arrived in Anchorage, AK and then decided to fly to Hawaii at the last minute for almost a week. This left us scrambling to find somebody to watch our German Shepherd. Mandy was very responsive and immediately put our minds at ease. She made the entire process a breeze and was very flexible and accommodating. Being away from our sweet boy was hard, but Mandy and her family took such great care of him, I was beginning to think he wouldn't want us to come back! From the hikes, to the cuddles, other furry friends to hang out with, and lots of pictures sent to us while we were away, it was an incredible experience. I would highly recommend Mandy! About: I've had companion dogs for most of my adult life. Usually two dogs at a time. My oldest dog was a Red Healer cattle dog who eventually became blind and deaf living to be almost 19yo. I've also had Australian Shepherds (2) and Boarder Collies (2) and enjoy the smart dog challenge. I consider my experience well rounded from training puppies to caring for older dogs who have special needs. I love them all like they are one of a kind and deserve the best this life has to offer. Thank you in advance for considering me as part of your pets care! I work during the day M-F close to the house. Usually home on the weekends. Daily walks are provided with additional play time and potty breaks as needed. I have a fenced yard and usually accompany the dog outside so they are not alone in the yard. Play time also occurs in the fenced yard space. Dogs are free to roam the house and be part of our family while boarding but I also offer containment to an area of the house or crate if needed.

About: I've been taking care of the pets, including cats/dogs, for my friends and family. My experience as a pet sitter includes feeding, walking, and playing with pets daily. I've always ensured the pets feel comfortable with their familiar surrounding and follow their routine. Also, provide bathing, grooming, or training for pets when necessary. The care of your pet will be worked into my daily routine. I work for the school district and would be able to check in before and after work, with my weekends free to spend plenty of time with your pet! I have a fenced yard and a dog door, which allows my two friendly dogs to keep your pets busy outside. I can easily crate your dogs if needed.

Ralph was great!! He had us stop by before our stay so we could see the house and chat with us about Sasha’s personality and needs. He had a beautiful back yard which she thoroughly enjoyed.
